Review 1：Staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. It's proximity to the airport is a bonus. Just a short walk from the hotel is the seafront where there is a beach, harbour and many restuarants. It's a great place for a walk and watching the sun go down.
Review 2：We heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs, including a squeaky bed. We booked a balcony room and checked the box for a high floor, but all we got was a 2nd floor room and a view of the parking lot. Not sure if any of the balcony rooms have a view of anything but the parking lot.
Review 3：We were able to check in early, which was great. Bathroom recently renovated and entire room was very clean. It's nice to have a small fridge. Also appreciated the free parking. About 5 minutes' drive to the airport, but would be a bit too complicated to walk there.

Review 7：Vicinity to the airport: despite the area is not among the fanciest ones, it is close to terminal 2 of the airport (~3km) and close to the beach (~400mt on foot). Very friendly and useful staff. Nice homey environment.
Review 8：Since this was a short overnight before a flight, there really wasn't anything to complain about. It was a simple room and the hotel was located off the main road on a dead end street, so the location was a bit odd, but good signage on the street. The room was simple but quite adequate for a short stay.
Review 9：The hotel was a short drive/taxi ride to the airport and the location was close to a variety of restaurants near a very pleasant beach area, as well as a large shopping mall, complete with terrific food hall (Galeries Lafayette). Restaurants and the mall were an easy walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly (take note - little to no English spoken by some, but not an issue for me).

Review 11：Mattress bit thin. Cooking gear interesting combination of left over pans. No bikes for hire, the velo blue is to complex for non French. The hotel is situated between a dual carriage way and the railway.
Review 12：Must have been a great view before they build the Holiday Inn. Only 7 min. walk to the beach. Bus for Nice leaves in front of hotel, 2 lines go directly to airport. Tip: buy a 10 ride carnet (€10,-) at airport bus station. 10 min walk to railway station, train brings you to Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes etc. Tip: trains in France drive on left side. Great views from train during ride along coast. Why go to restaurants if you can buy great take away food at Cap3000? View at night is not bad, especially if like to see planes landing. For French 3* hotel: big room and nice balcony.

Review 18：Perfect and quiet location, very easy to reach and close to the shopping mall and restaurants; proximity to the airport (5 min by car) and the train station is a great advantage! The hosts are very friendly - Gabian is runned by a very nice family, who are always open to questions and willing to help. They gave us many tipps and recommendations about the whole region. The beach in Saint-Laurent-du-Var is much better than the one in Nice: less stones and better for children because of smaller waves. There is also a tiny Sea-Zoo where everyday the fish and other sea creatures are fed and shown to children. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. For just several Euros per day you could also take a room with a kitchen which is perfectly equipped: fridge, stove and even a microwave. Hotel Le Gabian is a wonderful place to stay and we can use only superlatives to describe this place! We recommend this hotel, especially for those who have children and would like to have a room with a kitchen almost in Nice but less expensive.
Review 19：French style breakfast is quite... thin. But they serve it with such pleasure like it was a great one. I guess is a cultural issue... The beach is quite close, but is not so good.
Review 20：Nice staff. Reasonable location. But... I would not recommend this place if you're looking to spend your vacation on the beach (beach is not that good and not so many interesting places around), but rather if you want to have a short break on that area.

Review 22：The hotel is is very close to the airport, the bed and room were massive, it was very modern and clean, the staff were very friendly, in fact, the owner give me a lift to the airport. It is close to a beach & restaurants and was a lot quieter and cheaper than central Nice, the breakfast in the garden was very nice as well

Review 26：The position is central to Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Close to the sea 5min walk and there you find a lot of good restaurants. Beach with pebbles(no sand). Hiring a car is a must but Nice is 1.5euros 20min bus drive leaving and arriving at the hotel. Hotel room comfort double is quite big with balcony, good air condition, always freshly cleaned. Breakfast basic but good. Parking at the hotel safe with cctv and locked gate at night. Area very safe and quite. Internet was good but expected to be stronger.
Review 27：If it you would like a view - then this hotel is not for you. Unfortunately the motorway has annexed this property and the surrounding area although safe, has a somewhat neglected feel to it.
Review 28：The atmosphere is relaxed, accommodating and friendly.The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of the train station, 2 minutes to airport bus stop, 10- 15 minutes walk to beach. The room was spotless, with a big balcony, air conditioning and ample shower room. All in all a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Posted rate for the most expensive room in May showed a price of 95 Euros (Chambre Panoramique). I was expecting a better room at a lower price having booked through booking.com. The hotel itself is located in a run down part of town.

Review 51：The room was huge for europe, and very clean, we had a terrace to hang our wet clothes and to eat out on, the wifi was strong in the room as well as public areas and the breakfast was exactly what we needed - yoghurt, coffee, fresh juice and some bread. The staff that were running it were perfect, especially because my french isn't great and they were so friendly and didn't mind that we had to arrive after hours one night. I recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
