Review 1：This hôtel needs a big renovation . It is not an hôtel for winter.there is a big smell of humidity and the breakfast buffet is very poor.

Review 3：When I arrived late evening I was given the keys to my room. When I opened my room door I discovered that the room had not been cleaned or beds made. The staff quickly cleaned my room but it still smelled and was really dirty. For breakfast only two slices of bread were available. The rest of my family thankfully stayed in a nearby hotel which was much nicer and cleaner

Review 5：bedding and towels are threadbare no wifi in room reception supposed to be ope till 10, we arrived back before then on 3 occasions and was all closed úp therefore stood in hallway to access wifi. i can go on rooms very very tired.

Review 12：It looks like there have been no investments in the hotel in the last 3 yrs or more. The swimming pool looks like being abandoned.

Review 15：The owners of this hotel make the hotel nice. It felt like we were visiting our grandpa and grandma. Everything looks a little bit old fashioned. And yes the room is a bit tiny. But the service is very good. They will always make you a sandwich or serve cold beverages.They are very help full. The location is walking distance to the beach. Near Cannes and all the nice places to visit. We could use the kayak. We really loved our stay here. The price is really low if you compare it to the other hotels in the neighbourhood.

Review 16：No air - condition. .said to be out of order from yesterday (doubt it).. At 1100 the water is turned down - if you are at the shower to check out in 5 mins - your problem..Breakfast costs 8 Euros - you get distributed a small item worth 1 euro.. You share the breakfast table with seagulls.. Moskyotos are active all night..Old staff..Maids do not greet you in the morning..

Review 18：Breakfast is buffet style but only small amounts are put out and owner is slow to replenish the table, you either take pot luck with what is left or wait for eventual replenishment. Towels- despite leaving towels on the rail they were removed by staff during the room clean and not replaced. On return in the evening we highlighted this, the owner said he would send some up. After an hour's wait we had to remind the front desk where we were told they were short and we could only have one towel, it remained this way for day 2 and 3. Emergency exit- the hotel is elongated with only 2 entrances, one at the front with the check in desk and one at the rear servicing the pool and car park; this is marked Fire Exit. This door is locked at night with a sign directing you back to the front desk, a route that requires ascending stairs back into the hotel and navigating a series of corridors then down a flight of steps. This was still locked at 0830 on the morning of checkout.

Review 19：Location is within walking distance of the western end of Cannes beach and close to several eateries. The hotel has a laid back feel.

Review 20：The room faced west and was stiflingly hot. No fan was provided. Thedecor was very dated and the place needs money spent on it to make itcomfortable enough to warrant the rates charged.
