Review 1：Breakfast is over-priced. The spa and pool were not open. Staff was a bit cool.

Review 2：Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Near to peripherique so jumping on/off the autoroute is easy. Excellent value for the money.

Review 12：Very comfortable hotel, nice spacious rooms, free parking in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi fast somehow blocked the VPN connection though. End of year out of season, so restaurant closed and room service only, which was acceptable, but we had preferred the restaurant after a long trip. Well long for us of course!

Review 13：- first the personnel attitude, not customer minded: as an example, there was no room service menu I the room, and the reception said that we had to go and fetch one, then the room service itself was efficient, provided you do not order meals that are not available, meanly half of the menu. Eventually, when asking in evening whether the shuttle for the airport could take us in the next morning, we were said that it is not sure and the personnel might have another stuff to do, so... They cannot promis! For a 4* hotel, all this is not gracious at all.

Review 15：Very large, comfortable bed. Fridge in room plus kettle. Quirky hotel in style terms, makes a change from bland corporate.

Review 16：- hotel restaurant is typically french in all aspects - cousine is great, but there is no menu or any details in English available (for hotel close to the airport this might be space for thinking) - on the other hand restaurant staff were trying to do their best with translations of some tricky french terms :)

Review 43：the breakfast was very uninspiring for a 4 star hotel. Two members of staff were talking and swearing as I walked into the restaurant and then greeted me by saying 'bonsoir' - it was 7.15 am.... The staff around the hotel didn't speak to me - I was the one who said 'bonjour' etc.. In the restaurant the staff were busy serving themselves breakfast...

Nextmorning when we needed that airport shuttle the receptionist said thatno one was available to drive and that she could call a taxi for us.This is bad service as well as they we not willing to compensate orcover part of the taxi costs. Also they promote that they have anoutside pool, which was complete out of order for long time asconstruction work was going on. This should at least be mentioned on thewebsite so clients know in advance. And they publish that there is a spaand hamman facilities. It is not mentioned that this is in a seperatebuilding and as a seperate company, so not part of the hotel at all. Andalso there are extra costs for it if you want to use the spafacillities. This is also a bit misleading on their and on thebooking.com website.

Review 59：Where to start? I reported 4 times that my phone wasn't working but no-one dared coming to my room to look at it. It cost me a lot because I had to do my business call on my mobile phone. The only positive thing I had to walk up and down to get something I had to remind them strongly that they were advertising on Booking an airport Shuttle to get one and it took me over 30 minutes to get one confirmed. If you don't speak French and need an airport hotel. I would not recommend that one. I am not talking about the clueless reception staff, who were looking at me like I was coming from another planet, when I was just asking for an iron.

Review 64：Amazing location readily accessible to the Peripherique ring road and right next to Purpan Hospital - easy to find! Very modern luxurious - brilliant attitiude to lazy summer holidays - full buffet breakfast is available daily until 12 noon - excellent selection of items, good service. Review 65：Lack of any signs to direct drivers from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is located at a remote road in a village, not so close to the airport.

Review 67：Main reason of selecting the hotel was distance from airport 5 Kms &facility of free airport shuttle. I arrived Toulouse airport at 16.15hrs & requested them to send a shuttle, which they said was not possibledue to some reason, which I had no choice to accept as I had nonrefundable booking. Next day had flight at 6.45 hrs & requested ashuttle at 5.30 hrs, which they refused as they said it starts at 7.00hrs, but than why not mention clearly in website? Why attract clientswith wrong info? All hotels near airport are preferred to move quicklyin least possible expense. This wrong kno cost me 2 times taxi withadditional cost of € 50. Who will pay?Another thing, just not as important, but they also mention fitness room, which unfortunately has all non working or outdated equipment, so either they change or remove this from their website.

Review 69：Wireless Internet sign on was a hassle. If you forget to sign off quite often get Ip configuration issues. Carpet was not vacuumed on a 2 day stay. 1990s prefab plastic theme throughout.
