Review 1：Check ski ticket options online before you buy straight off the hotel. I didn't and i suspect I ended up paying more than I needed to.

Review 5：It would be good to allow guests of the hotel free access to the pool and spa, as the costs are very expensive if you just want a quick dip after a day's skiing.

Review 7：An extra mirror in the bedroom would have been nice as the lighting is low in the bathroom, coffee/tea in room would have been good too, but these things would not put me off staying there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Review 9：On arrival, I was told they NEVER BOTHER to read requests made via booking.com website. I was travelling with two kids and wanted rooms side by side, which I requested when I booked OVER SIX MONTHS in advance. We ended up several corridors away from them. They said it was my fault,I should have got in touch with them at the time of booking and allegedly even six month ago, they didn't have any side by side rooms left. Meanwhile reception is telling people that there are 2 bedroom suites available which are only 20 euros more than what I had booked. Then paying an extra 300 euros for the week to use the spa (100 per adult and 50 per child) when the website gives the impression it's included. And overcharging me on the Xmas eve meal by 50 Euros, we were told it was 65 euros for guests at the hotel and 90 for outsiders so we had the dinner only to be charged the 180 Euros. In the end they agreed a 6 euro discount which was pathetic. They also tried to charge us for an additional 4 breakfast which we never had. In all it took over 8 draft invoices to sort out the bill, emails etc.. we had paid when we left but then they said they had forgotten to charge us for this, that and the other. So all in all it soured my experience there. Another customer I met was put out too by the rudeness of the management. HIs family had to wait 45 minutes on arrival after driving all day to the resort because of some key problem. They were not offered a drink and when they asked for one, they were told that it would be charged to their room and they wouldn't waiver the charge for the drinks. Everything works in this hotel but the management really needs to rethink their attitude.

Review 10：I loved Montgenevre itself and I loved the fact that the hotel is a one stop ski shop in the sense that reception sorts out your ski pass in seconds and then down to level -1 to the ski shop to hire your gear. The coffee at breakfast is great. The restaurant is good (but hardly any veggie options)

Review 11：When checking out, all three rooms had been put on one bill and found it difficult to split. As a few had breakfast a couple of days and used the spa. Where as others hadn't. Would be easier to pay in advance and then pay for extras. Basic Spa should be included in the price not 20 euro per day per person

Room - beautiful room, spacious, cool, huge bed really comfy, fab walk in shower, lovely toiletries, great large balcony/terrace with incredible view over mountains Staff - the nicest all holidays, all young and welcoming and helpful. Food - breakfast and dinner both absolutely delicious. Dinner especially is really inventive.
