Review 2:The panoramic view of Loja from the room. Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar below very good. Extremely friendly and helpful locals.
Review 3:With the knowledge of hindsight we made the serious mistake of staying during one of the coldest nights of this winter. So cold that we had to sleep fully dressed from socks to wooly hats! No services, almost no staff.Never again!!

Review 16:In need of refurbishment. Old forniture. You can tell its age. Short of staff. The receptionist should not be putting drinks while people waiting at desk, very pleasant man and made us very welcome. .

Review 19:The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. Excellent food in the restaurant and very reasonably priced. Amazing views across the city from the hotel balconies. Plenty of free parking.
