Review 1：Pool was not clean enough to swim in. run down around. This is really derelict and the worst we have ever stayed in. Its hard to describe it has no bar or restaurant. Kids were going mentle...left a crack a dawn and spent the break on the beach in Cannes...returning late. This is a great test of a marriage.
Review 2：Its an easy hop to Monaco / Antibies and Cannes. better off paying a bit more and going to Cannes which was nice with sandy beach. its 3km from airport.secure parking if a bit nerve racking going through the bat cave garage. This is cheap for a reason. The size of the apartment was ok but filthy... but bunk beds in general poor....make your own beds...etc. I'm lucky the wife did not walk out

Review 4：Large 1 BR apartment, large bathroom, balcony, nice well-equipped kitchen. Right across from beach and good area to walk. Loved little food shop nearby, Alimentation!
Review 5：second bedroom was tiny with one tiny window, look more like prison than hotel room. had no doors as well to living room. it took us hour on arrival to get to the hotel as you wont be able to access without code what they never mentioned during the reservation.

Review 11：Excellent location to beach, shops and restaurants! Helihotel has electric gates which you need a code for to enter and leave so safety aspect is good. Clean and quite a good sized room for 3 of us, bunk beds in one corner and a sofa bed which was very comfy! Reception closes at 7pm. Spacious pool with a upper area with seating and tables, there is a little shop that sells drinks, hot food like burgers and chips and ice creams, all of which you pay for! Hotel grounds are clean and maintained well, underground car parking for cars and lifts Into the hotel. Beach is 5 min walk it is pebbly but very big and lots of space. Cap 3000 shopping centre is fabulous if you love to shop it has everything! Would return to this hotel, can't fault our stay at all!
Review 12：I had a bad experience with bed bug in my bed. I got new room when I informed hotel's staff about that. Next one was completly clean, I checked all beds.

Review 14：1. The bunk beds were too short to lay comfortably. 2. The parking spaces in the underground garage (which we occasionally found at full capacity at night, forcing us to park our car outside) are very narrow and difficult to park in.

Review 24：Staff were helpful, when we arrived early they sorted out a room for us before the allotted time. Rooms were clean spacious and well appointed. Pool area really nice and location of hotel brilliant for the harbour.
Review 25：Our ground floor apartment wasn't very clean and there was a rat outside on our terrace one evening. Although it could sleep 6 people there was only one private double bedroom. The single sofa beds in the lounge and the bunk beds were open plan.

Review 36：definitely not for 5-6 adults, as in the ad. there is two just one separate room with a twin bed and a corridor with a two story small bed. sofa beds are not comfortable as the person who is sleeping on would wake up every time someone goes to the toilet during the night. the toilet is a disaster since there is no fan working and the air does not circulate, the bad and smelly air get stock in the toilet and for the refreshment the door should be open which makes the whole apartment smell!! the sheets and the towel don't get change every day and you get a clean pack once and up on your arrival.

Review 40：-Limited supply of towels / sheets, you have to pay for extra. -WiFi was a bit temperamental and it was not so simple to get assistance, receptionist started to sound a bit annoyed when I queried this. - It did not smell terribly fresh when we arrived, it was not dirty, just kind of stale (but do not let these overshadow the fact that this place os overall great value for money)
Review 41：I would say this was a great find, spacious and comfortable for a family of four such as ours to spend 9 days without spending a fortune. Facilities are overall very good and suited to a long stay, i.e. cooking facilities, some kitchenware so no heaches there, washer-dryer facilities, good safe parking within, pool, etc. I also loved the location. All major cities are within easy reach and yet it isn't as famous in itself so not as crowded (I thought Antibe was just crazy).
Review 42：There was a mould on the ceiling and the smell in the room wasn't nice. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable as well but the room was big enough for 3 of us, balcony and kitchen were great addition too.

Review 44：Tired accommodation. For example: Corner broken on hob top. Electric switches loose on walls. Curtains didn't run the whole length of the windows - Nice is bright in the morning. Shower head wobbly - mould in shower. Fridge handle insecure. Woken by fire alarm twice. Sound proofing inadequate. We had one quite week and then a very noisy second week lots of shouting at 3 a.m. Depends on your neighbours.
Review 45：Friendly staff spoke many languages. Great location. Breakfast could be booked the day before for collection at reception. Not far from a stretch of beach which didn't get too busy. Nice pool. We didn't bother hiring a car and got around on public transport very easily.
Review 46：Kitchen facilities were OK but could have been improved with the addition of a toaster. Having to pay for Wi-Fi was a little disappointing. Although soap and shampoo were provided free, toilet tissue wasn't. I'd have preferred it the other way around.
Review 47：Excelent access to St Laurent du Var and Cros De Cagnes, with countless high quality eating places to choose from. Easy to get to Nice, Monaco, Grasse, Cannes and further beyond. Good swimming pool and very secure access into the grounds. Air-conditioning was a god-send. Staff more than helpful and the residents were a delight.
Review 48：Rooms definitely need renovation. Pictures are not presenting the real interiors. Very small room for 4 people. No acess to free wi-fi. Problems with trash containers - they are located indoor, sometimes smell was awful. You have to take care of everything by yourself even toilet paper or trash bags.

Review 79：The WiFi was good value but it was very difficult to connect, I had to keep resetting the hub. Every time my phone went into lock mode it disconnected and I had to reconnect with more resetting of the hub, very frustrating.

Review 81：In first place the swimming pool was closed. The website says that the pool is open from April to November. I went from the 6th to 11th of April and was closed. The room does not have the same aspect that in the photos of the website and the furniture is updated and damaged. The charged the money before I went, so its not true that you do not pay nothing until you go there. Nobody asked for any documents to confirm my identity. Nobody checked the conditions of the apartment with me, after I left. The internet doesn't work in the room, we had to go to the reception area to use it. They only change the towels and bed linen once per week, not twice how they said. Doesn't worth the money you pay. Long walk to go to the shops and they are really expensive.
Review 82：The pictures were on the website look nothing like what it's like in real life. The rooms felt dirty. For example there was a huge booger on the wall. My feet were black after walking around on the floor for a little. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. You don't get much toilet paper. And the location was horrible for public transportation use.

Review 85：The decor in the communial area (in particular on the second floor) was old and dark. There were no carpets on the floor, which made it echo / noisy (especially with children!) I don't know if they are redecorating during the winter. It did not ruin our stay.

The sofa bed was big and comfortable - something which is unusual! Although the bathroom was small, the shower was fantastic, one of the best I have used on a trip. The kitchen was really well equipped. The reception staff accomodated all of my requests even though it was short notice.

Review 91：The room was very small especially for a family with older children. The bunk beds were small and uncomfortable for adults. Also the interior of the room felt tired and dated. The public corridors were very dark at all times of the day and difficult to manouver with suitcases. The hotel does not feel particularly welcoming with the security gates which you have to wait to be opened. I was also disappointed to discover I had to pay for wifi. We only stayed one night in this hotel but we wouldn't have wanted to stay for much longer.

Review 95：The family that run this are fantastic, very lovely people and helped us out greatly as we found ourselves unexpectedly in Corsica. They were extremely accommodating and even gave us a few lifts as it is v difficult without a car. The facilities are excellent and very well thought out with tennis, mini golf and small playground so the kids are very happy. The pool is also gorgeous and provided many hours of happiness for us and the kids. Cannot recommend highly enough. Make sure you have a car though as you will need it in Corsica as taxis are v hard to get!

We also had problem with thereceptionist named Sandra, who was not kind at all, didn't even want tocall the internet service as if it was not her and hotel's problem.Quite a contrary, receptionist named Kristof was very kind all the timeand helpful whenever needed. It is not very convenient that appartmentsare not beiing cleaned during the stay because you don't have theadequate equipment to do it yourself (for bathroom especially). Veryunsharp knives.

Havig no parking worries as it was underground and free! Iwould recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a break orholiday with no worries!
