Review 1：Very small terrace, not big enough to sit out and enjoy the views although you could sit out on terrace in restaurant, however not good if not a smoker.
Review 2：Location, size of the bedroom and bathroom
Review 3：- They gave us 2 single beds instead of a big bed although the room was booked a long time ago, and we arrived at the beginning of the afternoon. The receptionist said there was not any single bed left, which I found surprising in a big hotel... - a bit old hotel (torn carpets in corridor)
Review 4：- Although they have a paying cleaning service, the staff kindly lent us an iron for free. - Big room - Big bathroom - Tortilla de patata at the bar downstairs was very good and cheap.
Review 5：The room was noisy, with a machine outside that went on until midnight and then started up during the night and first thing in the morning. The lifts cloud be heard all night and the plumbing was also noisy, so basically no sleep! We had to share a pillow. The reception was unmanned all afternoon and evening, so there was no one to ask for additional pillows or a change of room. The wifi did not connect to the internet, the restaurant was closed, so the breakfast option was not available. The food in the service cafeteria was average and the shop sold nothing of use to travellers. The receptionist had very poor customer service skills when we checked out.
Review 6：Nothing. Although it is situated next to the motorway the website map is misleading and better directions would be helpful. It looks as if it is on the opposite side of the road. The cafeteria staff obviously work hard and were friendly, but that is a basic expectation anyway.
Review 7：Very convenient location right off the motorway, so easy to find, such a lovely big room and great bathroom, no complaints at all
