Review 1：- I arrived late, and unfortunately no-one around to let us in. Tried ringing the 'emergency' telephone number, but no-one answered. I ended up having to find alternative accomodation for the first night. - When I finally got to the hotel the following morning, there was no-one on reception so I couldn't check in.
Review 2：Two things that let the hotel down are its location. Whilst it is near the airport, you can only get there by car or taxi (20 euros for a 6 minute ride!), so if you are on foot, forget it as you have to go down a dual carraigeway and buses don't go from the airport to the hotel. The other thing is the stairwell, which is looks unfinished and is poorly lit.
Review 3：This must be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! Everything was spotless, from the room to the pool. The facilities were excellent, a nice clean pool, good sauna and very nice, compact gym. The rooms are big and the kitchen, although small was well equipped. I would recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay a night or two.

Review 7：Well equipped residence with pool and sauna very pleasant morning to stretch, small but adequate fitness room. Free parking with enough car spaces, friendly staff, nothing to report. The room was on the 4th floor overlooking Tlse Blagnac airport without the inconvenient of the noise. Definitely an apart hotel in which we will return without concern for unbeatable value for money on the Toulouse area!

Review 33：After making the booking I was contacted by the hotel to tell me that they were overbooked and they had put me in another hotel of their chain some 500m away. I chose the hotel to be within walking distance of my clients premises, so the change was disruptive.

Review 38：The staff appeared quite miserable, and that was when we saw them!Reception is not 24 hours. I didn't ask for my room to be made up(figured it wasn't necessary after the first night) but I did wantsome fresh towels - I was told there was a charge for this (even though,I assume, I'd have got fresh towels if my room was made up) and thenshe said she would give them to me as an exception. Fair enough Ithought, until I received my bill and had been charged! Toiletries arenot on the level expected for the price of the hotel.
Review 39：The indoor pool was great, especially as we stayed out of season. Thesauna was a lovely treat too. Studio room was very spacious andkitchenette was well equipped. We were able to check-in early with justa phone call the previous day.

Review 43：This is my preferred hotel in the Blagnac area. I routinely travel here for week long business trips. It is close to the office, avoiding the traffic to and from TLS. Most important about this appart hotel is that I can prepare my own meals so I don't have to eat out all the time. The staff knows me now and always takes very good care. It's like my little home away from home.
Review 44：The accommodation included free wifi internet but there was an issue for a large part of our stay. Having said that the hotel manager discounted our breakfast and gave us a bottle of champagne to make up for the lack of service. Also it wasn't possible to dial for people to contact us on the room phone directly. They had to go through the hotel reception. As this was not staffed all the time this proved to be an issue for us.
Review 45：The staff were very helpful, and the bed was also very comfortable. I liked that we had our own little kitchenette which meant we could arrange our own breakfasts etc. The location was very good for us as we were heading out to Cugnaux most days so it was close to the freeway and meant easy access.
Review 46：Public transport from airport to hotel is cumbersome. Need to take three bus lines to reach hotel which is in the vicinity of the airport anyway. The same accounts for getting to the city center. However, that might be a "feature" of Toulouse itself.

Review 53：The apartment was not really clean. The bedclothes were dirty partly and I have seen several hairs from the renter before. Furthermore there was always a tang smell in the air, which causes headaches. I cannot recommend the hotel for more than 1 night.
