Review 1：It was dingy, small, cheap feeling, out of date, out of the way despite the description said close to the airport. It still was a 27 E cab ride! No value here at all

Review 2：I didn't like anything about my stay. It was a complete turn off to know how much I spent for facilities that were more motel than hotel!

Review 3：A twin room with a single bed, which I refused, the seize of the room, location of the hotel, really worn out, a restaurant which according to the information is supposed to be open from 19.00 until 22.00 monday till friday, which may be true however than the kitchen I guess isn't open, staf rather incompetent.... and for all this I paid at least 93 euro.

Review 5：The hotel is definately not 3 star Hotel. It needs renovation. Compared to Ibis 2 star hotel, Balladins is then 1 star hotel. Especially problem with cleanliness, problem for alergic person. Floor in the room definately full of dust mites.

Review 6：Profesionalism and kindness of staff. Breakfast excellent, a lot of choice. Wifi very good. Free parking and very short access to the hotel from the motorway.

Review 7：The night receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, tidy, comfortable, and air conditioned, which was most welcome given the extreme heat at the time of our stay at that hotel.

Review 8：Small size room, chair at desk was tight to the bed no room to move. One electrical Socket in the whole room and this was a distance from the desk. Towels were of poor quality Bed was uncomfortable.

Review 10：Friday evening, .8.00pm restaurant shut for the weekend and bar closed. What a farce. We had just driven down from Leeds in west Yorkshire, not even basic tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The shower anchorage was just above the bath which meant you have to hold the shower head in one hand while you soap yourself with the other. WiFi was slow although usable and free of charge. The restaurant was closed for the weekend.

Review 41：The only criticism I have is that the room was cold when we arrived (the weather was cold too) I realised after a while that the air ventilation on the wall was open which kept the room cold - so I blocked it by using some tissue paper!

Review 53：Not given a route from Toulouse Blagnac to hotel. It was a bank holidaywhen we arrived and the hotel would not give us any evening meal or anyfood. Luckily we found a local boulangerie that was open and so had somebuns. I asked for two glasses of wine and it took about 20 minutes toget them as there was only one person behind the counter, the beerbarrel needed changing and he didn't seem to know how. I would nevergo there again.

Review 55：Very handy for the airport (if a little difficult to find), the Peripherique and for the city as just opposite a tram stop. Parking is easy and very useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 58：Room was not clean at all. It seemed that somebody was killed in the room and blood was everywhere in the room: on the walls, on the ceiling, on the bra. Uncomfortable shower as you need to hold it in your hand all the time. No shower cap.

The hotel could do with some maintenance work. Also non smoking room stank of stale smoke. Complained about it but nothing was done.

Review 61：I wanted a triple room near the airport. The price was great. The staff was friendly, welcoming, efficient and spoke English well. The beds were not the best so I had a little trouble sleeping, but I would stay there again to catch an early morning flight out of TLS.

Travel time to citycenter ~25 min, very convenient, only 2.9 Euro. Breakfast good but for 9Euro I expected more hot food. Bathroom well stocked with soap, showergel, towels etc. Would only recommend to business traveller.

The hotel food is excellent but if you want variety it is a little hard to find places that deliver food apart from pizza but I recommend Eat Sushi, which is very good and delivers to this part of town. But again, the hotel cuisine is very tasty so you won't go hungry!

Review 67：Everything. Close to the airport, this extremely friendly hotel was my home for two weeks on a business trip and I did feel very at home, relaxed and comfy. Huge sound-proofed room and bed, plenty of space to work, black out curtains, air con and great view of the huge beluga cargo planes coming in to land - awesome! Free secure parking, great breakfast, good and very reasonably priced food on the nights I ate at the hotel and staff that take the time to chat to you, this is a great hotel to use as a base. A 20 minute drive from the city centre (it's not far but it always seems to be rush hour in Toulouse!), and about ten minutes to the airport.
