Review 1：Arrived to fabulous snow, ski in and out and very close to the nursery and ski school for those with younger children. Pool was accessible from inside so easy for the kids. Underground parking was fantastic.
Review 2：The double bed which was a sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the flat was a bit small for a party of 4 people. The internet was really slow and unusable at times and only available in the main lobby area.
Review 3：Staff were extremely helpful and the pool was large compared to other facilities nearby. The location was really convenient and easy to reach
Review 4：I was surprised to find that the bunk beds were in the hall next to the entrance door. The bed linen supplied was worn and dirty- we used our own.

Review 8：Sleeping on a sofa bed. I am fussy about my bed and although clearly quite a new one was not the most comfortable thing to sleep on for a week. And it squeaked dreadfully as my husband and I are restless sleepers, this did not help. The staff were understanding but unable to move us to a apartment with double bed as the hotel was full that week.
Review 9：Friendly staff on arrival, although not used to English guests, found a member of staff to help out with arrival procedures, as my French is very rusty. The apartment was clean and had mostly what we needed for the week.
