Review 1：The restaurant, which is a major selling point, was closed "because the chef was on holidays". No one on the staff seemed to consider this a problem. Toiletries in the bathroom were minimal, certainly not up to what one expects from a four star hotel. Overall, our room, which did not include breakfast, was poor value for money.

Review 3：Fantastic resort style hotel, modern and clean with very friendly staff. No complaints here. I got it at a cheaper rate as I booked last minute so very good value for me. Only 5-10 minutes from city centre on the bus from outside of hotel.

Review 4：There was no vegetarian option on the menu. When asked for a vegetarian meal, only one option was made available. When it finally arrived, it was delicious, but the portion size was small.

There was a problem with it that was supposed to be fixed but even then it made no difference in the room, although the public areas were cooler. For that reason alone we won't return.

Review 97：In our room, there was very noisy but poor air conditioning that had no effect. The fridge in the room was hopeless and had no effect on chilling our bottled of water. If you were not in the breakfast room by 8am, you had little or no chance of getting a good selection of food, as the hotel's business clients and tour groups were up very early. The location is very noisy and a dirty area that is not appealing, although the hotel is very clean. The hotel was also too busy as it more associated with business people, and not families.

Review 98：We enjoyed the large room that had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection from the American style buffet. We found the pool to be very refreshing but was quite deep and not suitable for children.

Review 99：For holidaymakers without a car, a taxi was the only way to get to the historic centre of Grasse. Breakfast could be a bit chaotic, as the help yourself buffet area was fairly small. A few explanatory notices and perhaps more assistance and supervision at breakfast time might have helped this minor problem.
