Review 1：No restaurant, no food in the area.

Review 2：Great little place right on the shore of the lake. Very nice owners helping in every possible way. They stayed up for us till almost 10pm since we got lost on our way there and welcomed us with a glass of wine and some crackers. Breakfast was a simple affair but with enough choices and refills to stay satisfied. Room we had was on a first floor and had a great view of the lake and very nice balcony with chairs and table. The room itself was clean with enough of space to feel comfortable. Bathroom was little but with a good shower.

Review 3：Very few places to eat nearby; only Cafes and Hotel bars; need to go to Kufstein. This accomodation however was excellent. Slightly tricky to find, but well worth it.

Instead of family room for 4 we were provided with 2 double rooms although we were with a child 4YO and we were explained that they have no family room at all. After half an hour of discussion the room was changed but it was a bit nervous. 3. Very poor English of owners (it is a family business hotel). 4. Breakfast is very poor.
