Reviews for Le Coin Savoyard
Review 1:Don't leave anything on the bed when you leave. I knew my time after skiing get back into town would be tight so I laid my night attire out on the bed I wasn't sleeping in and when I got back everything was thrown on the floor in a ball.
Review 2:The shuttle for skiing is right outside the door, and the shuttle to the other side is a minute walk. The skiing on the other side was much better, worth the minute walk, check the other bus schedules. End of day you can ski to the Princess Lift and there is a bus right there and the next stop is Combloux. Make sure you ask them how to get in after hours, the door locks early!! Overall very clean, friendly, helpful, would stay here again absolutely.
Review 3:As others have mentioned the breakfast is simple, but we enjoyed it.
Review 4:Beautiful village, great location (5 minute drive or bus ride to lifts), super friendly staff, great restaurant. If you want to feel like you are in France then this is a great place to stay. Simple but stylish. (Only 50 minutes from Geneva!)
Review 5:Hopeless shower. Water goes everywhere. Typical wooden chalet construction means rooms are noisy. Only a problem if you have noisy guests; we had a baby in adjacent room who screamed all night....
Review 6:Pleasant building. Decent value for money
Review 7:Poor breakfast. No eggs, meats or vegetables. No amenities in the room except for soap, e.g. no schampoo! Difficult to climb the stairs with luggage, no automatic light there. Smallish room, and no double bed; it was to single beds pushed together.
Review 8:Beautiful buildning with a good location and a nice view. Nice with pool. Nice with the balcony. Nice staff. Short walk to the center of town. The local shuttle bus stopped right outside.
Review 9:Disappointing breakfast.
Review 10:Great location. Nice pool.
Review 11:Poor Breakfast..... Bread and coffee (12e)
Review 12:Excellent staff and clean rooms
Review 13:Love the location, view of the mountains and short distance with public transport to the ski slopes
Review 14:Cute and cosy place , friendly staff and good food in restaurant downstairs. Breakfast not included - we didn't notice this and then obviously had an addition to the bill.
Review 15:Bathroom was a bit dated compared to rest of the room. Shower did not have a wall attachment/curtain so had to use bath.
Review 16:Beautiful hotel; lovely dining room, pool and room. Great family atmosphere and nice staff. Very relaxing and close to town. Clearly cosy in the winter but also great garden area and terrace for the summer.
Review 17:Breakfast was only adequate (no hot option) for the 12 euros charged, but that seems to be typical of French hotels.
Review 18:Friendly staff who spoke english, large clean room, good food and well positioned to visit ski resorts in the area.
Review 19:Excellent stay
