Review 1：The location, near to the big food market, the Xmas market and a wide selection of restaurants. Lovely room in the turret at the front, brilliant city view.

Review 2：For that type of price I have been to much bigger better hotels. The lift is very small. If it was a bit cheaper it would be perfect.other tahn than nothing wrong with this place.

Review 14：WIFI didn't work at all in the room. Fridge didn't work. I complained but nothing was done. They know that there's no Wifi but they continue offering the service. The toilet was very uncomfortable, no place for the legs. No way is this a four star hotel although the price is high for what you get.

I asked the desk to call, which they did, but the VH did not ask in the lobby for the other lady and she had to take her own taxi to the airport. Language was a bit of a problem.

Review 32：rooms quite small. wish they had more storage by the bedside rather than just a shelf. Always good to have a drawer under the shelf as nowhere much to put your stuff. Same in bathroom, beautiful matching fittings, but nowhere to lay your toilet bags.

Review 33：Lift is unusual looking. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help make your stay happy. Bang in the thick of things couldn't be in a better position actually. Although small it's very stylish. Coffee machine in reception providing free coffee, help yourself. also has a computer and printer in lobby so you can check in online. Good drawer type fridge in bedroom with water and juice etc (and you can buy beer and champagne from reception) and there is space to put your own shop purchased drinks and cakes etc.

Free hot and cold beverages available 24 hours. Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Window opens for view and fresh air. Refrigerator, desk and large screen tv in room.The retro elevator was tiny, but special. It was perfect for me, but this particular room would have been very cozy for two people. I didn't see the other rooms.

Easy access to all major tourist interests, and a superb patisserie for breakfast just across the road (Maison Pillon - serves exceptional chocolat chaud and delicious viennoiserie from 08.00).
