Review 1：Wi-Fi service very poor or nil grill but no oven = no kettle but did have 2 coffee makers which was ok if you knew which pods you needed The late book in at 17.00 was difficult to judge when you have a long journey to make- we arrived early, as we didn't want to be looking for the place in the dark, but were not allowed access to unload
Review 2：Able to walk into the village, just under 2Km and easy access to the hills for walking, biking or skiing snow permitting
Review 3：This is a very strange hotel. We arrived about 18-19 hours and we parked our car outside the hotel at small free parking. This is more like a mountain lodge than a normal hotel. Knocked on the door about 10-15 min. - No one opens, No one!!!!. Very strange! I started to worry. I walked around the lodge several times and met a hotel guest who helped me when he went to call the receptionist. The meeting with her was very interesting, ridiculous! Such inhospitality not met elsewhere. The door opened and a "storm" (in a dress) greeted me with an angry expression and question "What ???" I explained that we have made a reservation before a few hours and we come to spend the night here. She told me with high voice - You come...., But I go!!!!! Do you understand me???? I'm leaving now and I am not here?!?!?! I opened staring eyes I could not believe what is going on. I think i am in a "film" in that moment, and with a price "tickets" 90 euros :))))). With yelling lady told me that she had sent me an email (not to spend money) to the website for reservations and they should I notify me again by the Internet what she has described to me and what I need to do to get to our room. The money from our credit card, however, were immediately withdrawn. Immediately! But did not know why she thinks that we have a internet when we traveling at this moment from another country. On the road we can talk on the phone (of course we send it our phone number) or by sms. Only for reasons of security of future guests will not explain here what you are required to go in to spend the night if you arrive after 18 pm. But believe me the competition "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" will seem like child's play compare to logic task for entering the hotel of this lady. With two words - there is no receptionist and you should check in alone yourself to stay in a hotel in a foreign country.
Review 4：Nature sight and good wine in restaurants around!
Review 5：One bin liner and two toilet rolls supplied for an eight night stay. Take your own rubbish to the bins outside! No fresh towels provided, and no sign of the cleaning lady having been in the apartment.

Review 7：The kitchenette was very small indeed, with no work surface, but my husband still managed to cook a couple of lovely meals in it!
Review 8：The corner balcony had fantastic views in 2 directions. The apartment was comfortable, pleasantly furnished and everything worked. Combloux is an attractive village. It is preferable to have a car if staying at the Floralp.
Review 9：Wifi was down, and no attempts were made to fix it. We were there to ski, so no big deal just a minor nuisance.
Review 10：A few hundred meters from the first of two drag lifts that take you up to the Combloux-La-Giettaz area. This is a smaller and less crowded than the Megeve-Saint Gervais area on the opposite side of the valley, but still quite extensive, and every bit as beautiful. Our third-floor apartment was on the small side, but functional and worked well for five adults for a long weekend.
Review 11：Everything that is written in the brochure are LIES.There was nostuff(receptionist or cleaner)and this had as a result for us to waitoutside at the cold.We enter the appartment after directions formonother couple that lucky for us they had a mobile phone and communicatewith someone (if you dont have a mobile phone to call them and tell youhow to open you must be ready to wait....wait....wait....also we tookthe garbage outside by ourselves.At the bathroom there was no soap andtoilet paper(we bought)and the towels were small, too old and they werenever get changed.There was only one facetowel(we were 2 persons). Itsthe worst place I have ever stayed, our holiday were marked severaly bythis misfortune stay.

Review 16：Great welcome very helpful especially before arriving helping with ski hire, lessons etc. Apartment was very clean and had ample space. Fantastic views. Very happy with our 4 day stay.
Review 17：Had requested a view of Mont Blanc and we were given one. It is truly outstanding on a clear day. Although it is a bit of a walk to the village it is well placed for skiiing as once the snow came there is a free tow to the main ski area. Reception extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 32：Great location close to slopes quiet resort with plenty of terain to explore. Accommodation felt like good value for money at peak season.
Review 33：Parking is very limited. The apartments are very small and a four person apartment is only just big enough for two adults. The registration desk is open for very limited periods in the morning and afternoon which can pose a problem. For a self-catering facility the kitchenette is very poor - there is no space at all to prepare drinks or food. That said the hob and microwave are satisfactory to be able to cook a basic meal. The Wifi was not working on the first day of our stay. For the grade of accommodation this is an expensive option.
Review 34：The apartment block is conveniently situated just outside Combloux a few hundred metres from the Bouchet button lift to access the Combloux and Jaillet ski area. The drive to the main Megeve ski lifts is only five minutes. from the eastern aspect of the building the views of Mont Blanc and the valley up to Chamonix are spectacular. The rooms are clean and warm (once the peculiarities of the heater are mastered).
Review 35：- no facilities for children - no breakfast / dinner - further away from ski lift, with no transport available, than described - the nearby lift only ok if you have your own equipment, it's a button lift to the main area, and if the road in covered in snow, otherwise quite a bit of a walk. - no facilities at the 'hotel', no breakfast area / lounge - expected to make own beds on arrival (put linen on) then remove it afterwards? And take the rubbish to a place down the drive. Really? Why is this called a hotel then? - had to ask for an extra towel - and for the toilet paper - top bunk bed set up too high. - not very clear what sort of room you get, but bunk beds not suitable for adults. The booking said apartment for 4 adults and charged as such, however, I cannot see how 4 adults could fit in bunk beds? Sofa bed in the lounge, not big enough for two adults either... - felt like a con to be hones, and not that cheap in the main season given that they offer nothing but a bed yo need to make yourself!

Review 50：Second year I've used this as my ski accomodation. Excellent value for money, very clean, friendly and comfortable self catering accomodation. Great location for Le Bouchet ski-lift (about 600m) for the access to JACO ski pass pistes. A little bit of a hike (10 mins) into Combloux town for supermarket. Quickest route being via Chemin de Melezes (need hiking boots and suggest a rucksack for shopping). Will be back next year
Review 51：Reception is hardly ever open so if you have a problem its difficult to sort out and when reception is open the lady is too stressed and busy to deal with things effectively. They just need to be available longer. Also location doesn't really allow you to walk to restaurants at night in the winter, summer would be fine though.

Review 53：The appartment has one bedroom with 3 single beds with no extra space. The 2nd room of the appartment is a small kitchinette with diningtable for four persons and a couch to be opened into two single beds for us parents. We absolutely didn't like to sleep for one week in the kitchen/living room. The apparment is in the attick of the building and has a very low ceiling with beams, which is not comfortable at all. We have hit our heads several times at the beams. To my opinion this appartment is not suitable for 5 adults. The company who runs the place do-not give spare towels when staying for 7 nights.
Review 54：We (2 parents with 3 adult children) stayed at Le Floralp for one week for our annual ski-holidays. The location is wonderfull, 300 meters from Les Bouches ski lift which takes you up to the very good ski area of Portes MontBlanc. The apparment has a large enough shower/bathroom and is very clean. It has basic cooking facilities with a small refrigerator, oven and small dishwashwer. Our apparment had a balcony with most beautifull views on the Alps.
