Review 1：Personnel attitude, openly yelling at adult guests for minimal reasons. Like a teacher educating kids. No respect. Empty promises (sauna exists, but most likely for saving money it's kept cold). Pool kept colder at some days (most likely for saving money). Extra cost for everything.
