Reviews for Auberge les Aromes
Review 1:Nothing.
Review 2:From the photo and description on booking.com we thought this place was out in the country. In fact, it was just down the road from the Fragonard Perfume Factory, but it was so beautiful with all the flowers and plants it felt like a country oasis. We visited Fragonard right away but once we came back to the hotel, we never left. The family is Armenian/Greek and were extremely gracious and acommodating. The dinner was Greek/Armenian food, deliclious and plentiful. The appetizer sampler was a meal in itself. It was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip. The room was comfortable. When we awoke, the entire room was filled with a beautiful orange glow, with the trees outlined through the curtain. It was spectacular! All in all, we loved this place and feel fortunate to have randomly selected it. It was a special treat.
Review 3:Its location is not good for a traveler without a car. Of course the bus station is very close but the frequent of buses are not much. Not a self-service breakfast which you should order everything you need and the absence of fresh fruits and eggs and not included in your room price. Not having the equipment to prepare tea and coffee during your stay.
Review 4:Spacious bathroom. Air-conditioned and clean room. When you live with its nice owner in this hotel then you can ask everything you want and they prepare it for you so you feel like home. Even they took us to the train station for free. The great and delicious food in its restaurant which is famous in the city.
Review 5:Location was a little out of the way. booking. com route instructions again failed.
Review 6:Delightful family run Auberge with a different and quite superb restaurant. Good parking facilities.
Review 7:Breakfast slightly pricey for what it was but nothing that we didn't like about this place. Highly recommend!
Review 8:Staff were great! Helpful and welcoming. Lovely bathroom and great shower.
Review 9:The bus that leaves almost in front of the inn, going either south to Cannes or north to Grasse center, was very convenient. But service ended rather early, so late-night excursions are impossible unless you have a car.
Review 10:L'Auberge les Arômes is a charming, comfortable inn where the owners, their family, friends and locals make you feel at home. The locals come often to eat delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. Friends drop by to say hi and often stay for dinner. We were not there long before recognizing and talking to people. The hosts are friendly , kind and great people who were ready to help and often did.
Review 11:Not a bad thing, a good thing. A hornet had decided to take advantage of the wonderful view from our window.
Review 12:The staff, a family affair, were delightful. Friendly and obliging to a fault.
Review 13:Nadia, the owner, was very helpful. We've arrived on Sunday between 5-6 h pm and in 15-20 minutes we had on the table a mix of turkish dishes ;). Friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend it for everybody... Next day we had a dinner in the restaurant, the menu contains from specialities of Greece and Turkey/Armenia...
Review 14:- Paper thin walls. People in neighbouring room come back around 1AM and start moving furniture around (sudden urge to redesign ? or maybe trying to bring two single beds together?) - Doors rattling in their frames waking me up early in the morning. Granted, the hotel is not to blame for my bad neighbours, but there's no phonic isolation between the rooms. Plus the rattling doors - this should be easy to fix with a bit of foam tape. - bad breakfast - air conditioner is a bit weak for the large room. There is no AC in the bathroom, so you have to leave the bathroom door open in order to cool it down. Altogether, not a pleasant experience.
Review 15:- Large room and bathroom. - very clean - free parking - wifi was ok

Review 31:NOTHING! Would go back and stay longer!
Review 32:Family hotel and restaurant.large room, great bathroom. On bus routes. 35min drive to Canne or bus at front door. Beautifully cared for by Mme & Monsieur Andonian & family. Walk to historic perfumerie.Boulangerie next door to die for. Close to supermarket. Old town of Grasse delightful.
Review 33:Arrived late in evening and very friendly staff welcomed us and we were able to have an excellent meal too. The locals obviously enjoy the restaurant as it was buzzing. Breakfast excellent also.
Review 34:Not a problem with the hotel as much as something to note about location--as in many small European towns, everything is closed on Sunday night, including the hotel's restaurant. We had to drive to Cannes in orderto get dinner.
Review 35:Very charming little family-run hotel. Very European style. Everythingwas clean, and the people running it were very nice and helpful. Thebathroom was quite large. You definitely need a car to get here, but ifyou have one, it's a good place to stay--parking is free, andit's not too hard to find.
Review 36:Nothing!
Review 37:Immediately made to feel at home at this family-run restaurant with rooms. Wonderful bedroom/bathroom facilities. Restaurant very well run with large clientele (good sign).
Review 38:It was 5 kilometres out of town and rather noisy as it was on a busy road. The prime business appeared to be as a restaurant and so there were a lot of people about and parking was difficult when we returned at about 2130.
Review 39:The shower was excellent and a real luxury.
Review 40:Th location is convenient only if you have a car to visit the Gorges orthe coast.
Review 41:The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The food in theirrestaurant (Armenian) is extremyl good (make sure you reserve a table,as it can get quite crowded).
Review 42:Not having a key for the outside door - although there was always someone around. Parking could sometimes be a little tight as this is a restaurant as well as a hotel and no specific space is allotted to guests staying in the hotel.
Review 43:Nice friendly family run hotel. Not too far from the centre of Orange.
Review 44:Pleasant family driven hotel near main parfumeries in Grasse. Very good restaurant with fantastic greek food with affordable prices. Highly recommended!
