Alpaga features south-facing balconies overlooking the Val d’Arly in the French Alps. It has hotel rooms and self-catering apartments and features an indoor swimming pool, spa treatments and a hot tub..
The accommodations are decorated in cool, neutral tones and all feature views of the surrounding mountains. Each has a flat-screen satellite TV, an iPod docking station and free Wi-Fi access.
The apartments and chalets feature a full kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. Alpaga’s restaurant has continental breakfasts and bistro dining. Guests can dine on the outdoor terrace in warmer months.

Review 1：We were enjoying our stay at this hotel very much.Good as a luxury base for mountain hikes. It is located a bit out of the center but a shuttle was available for us for free. Hotel is modern designed and nice furnished. What is great when you stay there for more days, there are two restaurants - gourmet and bistrot, both superb. But the nicest surprise for us was the willingness of the stuff, at this hotel we really got an impression they awant to fulfill every our wish. Plan to come back again next year.

Review 2：wi fi essentially non extent and hopeless for business : a disgrace for a 5 star hotel and when i complained, every member of staff just shrugged their shoulders in the usual French was and said ah well thats what it is. come on guys you have to do better. No business person can stay there is they need properly wi fi.

Review 4：Decoration of the rooms is...there is none, materials are low quality, finition bad, rooms overheated, breakfast cheap, staff nice but unexperienced, children not welcome...Fermes de Marie and Mont d'Arbois nearby far superior in every way for similar Money. Certainly NOT a 5 stars Hotel.

Review 7：Service was ugly. They charged without my permission the Amex which I gave as a deposit and added 5% hotel commission for charging the Amex. When I told them that it's not acceptable the guy in the reception told me that they do it all the time(!!!) and I'm the only guest that complain about it. When I said I will not come to complain anymore, he said "don't worry we will survive". This is for my opinion an ugly service. And this is not the end. When he charged my MasterCard he left the extra charge of the 5% of the Amex. When I told it to him he denied and after I made the calculation in front of him, he was forced to admit. No apologize of course. This is again an ugly service. I will never arrive to an hotel that charge my credit card without my permission, and his employees behave like that to the guests. The dinner in the hotel was bad and the price was very high compare to the bad quality of the food. They said the have good restaurant but it was close that night. A day after we went to eat in the restaurant of the M the Megeve hotel. We paid the same price for a top dinner. The hotel is far from megeve center.
