Review 1：The grounds are a real mess ~ nothing is cared for with leaves and rubbish everywhere.. This could be such a good place. The lack of a swimming pool (for the price) makes it very expensive.

The bedrooms (superior) were large and extremely comfortable with all the necessary extras, that you often don't get in France. Restaurant very good but quite expensive

Review 48：Its a haven of peace and tranquillity set in woodland yet within 100 metres or so of a splendid beach. The facilities are very smart and the food is exceptional with the freshest of fish and a wine list of well known wines as well as a very good selection from the Loire and Vendee. The staff throughout were brilliant and easily handled my limited language and all our queries.
