Review 1：Easy to find and well located for our drive across Spain. Room was good although the lift is small. Did not eat at the hotel.
Review 2：No food other than stale rolls between 3pm and 8.30pm. Wifi didn't work, bar area dirty with sticky table tops and rubbish all over floor. Dirty walls in room and plug to bath was wrong size. Curtains in room didn't draw and loss of privacy when light on - only net curtain up at window!
Review 3：Not a lot ! At least they didn't charge extra for our two small dogs!
Review 4：The room wasn't very large and the location wasn't too close to everything. It was about 20-25 minutes to the old part of town, but that wasn't too bad.
Review 5：The staff was friendly and helpful. We had questions regarding the bus station and the woman at the front desk happily called the bus station on our behalf. The cafeteria attached to the hotel was nice and the staff there was also friendly.
Review 6：This hotel is actually (and very strangely) part of a large garage complex including a filling station, car tyre and exhaust depot etc., etc. I am not joking! Not at all obvious from the pictures/description. The beds are very firm with thin mattresses. Nice and cheap café for breakfast but very limited food. 20-25 minutes walk to old town. Parking in car park is not free (reduced rate) but there is free parking in an adjacent street just 5 minutes walk away - staff helpfully pointed that out.
Review 7：Staff were excellent and always willing to help. Our triple room was big with twin sinks. Very clean.
Review 8：It was a bit tricky getting out of the car park - had to get the help of the pleasant lady on reception.
Review 9：Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They both spoke English. Restaurant was clean and we enjoyed a well cooked meal with a good bottle of house red. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with plenty of towels.
Review 10：no air con ,room poorly decorated.so hot and could not turn of radiators ,, restaurant not open , closed at 3 in the afternoon , no towels ,toilet unusable, as next to a red hot radiator , that would not turn of..total waste of money..bed ding smelt of chips ??
Review 11：Excellent hotel located close to the entrance of Logroño. City center is just 10 minutes away by foot. There are many supermarkets and cafes at walking distance. It's been the third time I've been in Hotel Las Gaunas and surely I'll go back.
Review 12：We were greeted by the desk @4.30pm saying we had only got 1 person staying according to the reservation. The room had a curtain that did not close and there was a light all night shining through. No dinner,and B/fast very basic

Review 16：This hotel was skeevy, with men appearing to be cruising the lobby. Itis right over a gas station, on a major freeway interchange, and thereis nothing within walking distance. I transferred hotels as soon as Icould.That said, the staff was quite good and helpful.

Review 24：I arrived at 10pm and even at that time I was served with a 3 course meal including wine and water for 9 euro's.It was excellent value for money. the Hotel was easy to find and was just a few km's from the main motorway.
Review 25：The breakfast bar area still had last night's litter on the floor, one of the receptionists was terse and unsmiling, the room was quite tatty and nothing like the one on the picture, we paid the same price for a really nice hotel in Jaca with a lovely room. It's a long walk into Logrono to get anything to eat and the tapas bars don't open until 10.0pm.
