Review 1：For various reasons, we needed a fridge, which you normally expect in a hotel room, even if it is small -- there wasn't one. People really need a fridge sometimes (e.g. for storing medication) and need it in their room, not elsewhere. There was no basic crockery or cutlery either. A couple of plates, forks and spoons could really help, especially in a family-sized appartment/room.
Review 2：Excellent location right in the middle of Combloux -- so the longest walk to anywhere in Combloux was under 200m. The hotel is next to the road but insulated well enough to be quiet at night. Furniture and fittings all very new and worked well. Large car park right across the road too, which meant no parking headaches. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff very friendly. Having seen a bad review of this place online, I emailed them (via booking.com) beforehand to double-check the entry code and our arrival details (very late at night) -- the reply was very prompt, detailed and helpful.
Review 3：We were traveling with a baby, there was no bed for planned for the baby (even if it was requested in advance). The room was on the main road and it was very noisy until 5 am making impossible to rest at night. For this reason we decided to cancel the second night booked and in spite of the agreement from booking (very good client service) the hotel manager refused to cancel the second night and it was charged to us even if we were leaving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Review 4：The digicode didn t work so I was stuck outside of the hotel at 2:20am. A girl had to climb to her balcony on the second to open the door from inside. When explained at ckeck-out no discount, commercial gesture such as free breakfast etc was offered. There was nobody for check-in and check-out. On the main road to Megeve so very noisy. You hear also everything in the building

Review 15：Very bad bed's, much too hard and the sheets where to thin. You reveice one code for everyone for internet and it was not even working in the room. The closeth had a smell of toilet!! You can here everything from outside, zero isolation for noise!

Review 19：The Logis Joly Site was a beautiful hotel to stay in and my friend and I were confused by the 2 star rating it has due to the fact it was far nicer than the 3 star hotel we stayed in in Geneva the night before. The views were lovely and the location was right on the main street of Combloux (although not noisy). The food was also lovely and the staff friendly. It was a very comfortable and relaxing trip.
Review 20：Pity that the inviting-looking bar was not obviously open; nothing toattract non-guests into the place so it was always empty. Neverthelessone could usually get a drink even when was actually closed.

Review 22：I was very disappointed from the hotel. The room was dirty in anunprecedented way. There where layers of dust everywhere. The bathroomwas not clean including the bath curtain. It seemed as if the room wasnot cleaned for weeks. Hadn't we were extremely tired after a longdriving day we would have left immediately. Getting the luggage to theroom needed a two floor climb. Internet connection was essential to usbut it wasn't available. We were told that it will be fixed thefollowing day. It wasn'T. When we arrived we were asked to specifyif we intend to take breakfast the following morning. Why was itnecessary? Beats me. The room was also noisy and we could heareverything from other rooms and the corridor. Obviously because of theunpleasant room we were waiting for the night to pass and prefered tohave breakfast elsewhere.
Review 23：I read past reviews and decided to prefer the hotel over another hotelwhich was in Megeve. The reviews were nothing but misleading and theonly thing I can agree on is the convenience of the parking

Review 28：The hotel was part of a restaurant/bar - only about ten rooms or so. Iwas there off season and Combloux was very quiet. I didn't eat at therestaurant, but it looked great. The room was lovely; very clean,comfortable and cosy.
