Review 1：Stayed in old part which was quite dark - needs more lighting especially over mirror. Shortage of power points for recharging implements. Slightly poor wifi in room.

Review 3：Poor directions, difficult to find, complete absence of hotel signs and postcode incorrect. Unable to contact hotel as telephone number "not yet assigned to client" and had we got through, nobody spoke adequate English. Food awful. Bath almost impossible to use - taps out of reach unless standing in bath. Television not working. Room in attic, large but so dark one could not see to read.
Review 4：staff was rude and unhelpful. room was bland and balcony very dirty and covered in bird droppings. Not up to Relais & Chateaux standards at all. Stay somewhere else.
