Reviews for Hotel los Bracos
Review 1:No drawers in the bedroom! Very tight parking spaces, which was expensive at 15 euros per day . Toilet didn't flush well . Breakfast very mediocre . More 3* than 4*. On leaving hotel I was asked to pay for two breakfasts which I had already paid for .
Review 2:Location and use of parking underneath the hotel
Review 3:Very difficult to find. Need to be advised that vehicle access is via a pedestrian walkway, not on a road. Parking charges very high and car park difficult to use because of tight spaces.
Review 4:Central location.
Review 5:We really like the room but had a bad experience with the pillows which were just a long very hard tube. I am now suffering from a very bad neck and have hurt the nerves in my neck and shoulder. I have never had this complain before.
Review 6:Very good location staff very helpful.
Review 7:There was a lot of street noise (my room was on the front of the hotel on a Saturday night). There was still a lot of groups around at 05:45 with the usual mix of laughter, shouting and arguing!
Review 8:Very close (2 mins) to the main bar/pinxtos streets. Room was a bit dated but comfortable and clean. One minutes walk from the camino route through the city.
Review 9:The hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but I think it should be just 3 stars. It is very outdated and needs to be remodeled for sure!
Review 10:The location was perfect! With easy access to free parking and all of the sights.
Review 11:If you are going there for the first time, you must 'phone when you arrive nearby - you will never find it on your own! That's because you don't realise you drive onto the pedstrianised street. Our GPS kept telling us we had arrived, but we couldn't figure it out! The guy on reception came to meet us and guided us in. Other than that little hiccup, we thought the parking charge was somewhat excessive.
Review 12:The location in the town. Once parked, you can walk straight out onto the pedestrianised street. Lots of tapas bars nearby - very atmospheric in the evening.
Review 13:Nothing
Review 14:Fantastic location near to Cathedral, cafes, bars, etc. We asked for a quiet room and were given a lovely quiet room on the 8th floor at the back. Spacious bathroom with great shower, lots of mirrors and hairdryer. Minibar where we could have a refreshing drink after our Camino walk that day.
Review 15:carpet in the bedrooms. Could not chnge the language of the TV to original versions that is avaliable in spanish TDT.
Review 16:Perfect Location. 1-2 minutes walk from all the important parts of Logrono: Calle Laurel, the bars street. The street of the Hotel has very good cafes and bars. Not noisy. Free city parking in 2 minutes walk.
Review 17:Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working and we asked to move to another floor which was much better. We did wonder whether we were placed in those rooms in the first place as we were pilgrims and had only paid 60€. Some staff were unpleasant.
Review 18:The room was very spacious and clean. Lovely sheets and a bath and superb for our weary Camino bodies.
Review 19:Had difficulty finding the location (by car) but once there no problem with parking underneath hotel.
Review 20:Perfectly situated for walking, eating, etc. Reception staff helpful and really did speak English. Room clean and bed comfortable.
Review 21:The rooms are dark, dingy, smelled only of cleaning products. Not dirty, just mediocre. Billed as a 4 star hotel. This is NOT a 4 star hotel.
Review 22:Location near fun part of town for food and nightlife. The hotel has access to a nice parking garage a block away, the garage attached to the hotel is microscopic.
Review 23:A 3 star hotel at best, certainly not 4 star by any standards. Good location and terrace noise until 2am just about bearable, but the thumping bass-lines of the bar opposite made sleeping before 2.30am impossible in the 3 front facing rooms our group stayed in. Night staff were evasive and useless in any solution to the matter.
Review 24:Can be some street noise on week-end nights but a few tapas and glasses of vino is a good solution to this problem.
Review 25:Situation, We have stayed at this hotel before.
Review 26:Hard pillows Arrangements for car parking. I found this difficult especially as I didn't know the city. But staff were very helpful and accompanied me to the car park and when I collected the car.
Review 27:Very helpful staff Beautiful room with a lovely view of the town. It was very luxurious
Review 28:The Internet required individual log in and password which did not always work.
Review 29:We reserved the parking option through booking.com and it was the smartest thing we did. There are many pedestrian streets (including the one the hotel is on) and parking is tight. Hotel was well located, clean, andtraditional.
Review 30:The garage under the hotel is extremely narrow. With a small car it's OK, but with a ford cmax turning around is "demanding".
Review 31:In the middle of the old town, but easy to access by car. Clean, quiet, spacious room. Good breakfast range.
Review 32:Room phone not functioning. Morning staff not helpful w this problem
Review 33:Clean, spacious rooms, great view, excellent location, good walk ability. Wonderful, reasonable tapas and wine close by. Nice afternoon staff.

Review 47:Poor pillows, could be cleaner,
Review 48:Location for old town, excellent. Easy free parking nearby
Review 49:This very good hotel is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the very pretty port area. Helpful, friendly staff.
Review 50:This is not a 4 star hotel, because everything is so old. The WIFI is not continuous.
Review 51:Location close to the streets Laurel
Review 52:breakfast room looks a bit like a cantine.

Review 73:The location and room was excellent.
Review 74:Dirty room, reception personnel unfriendly, underground parking very limited, only for small cars, (if you are lucky...).
Review 75:Only downside is the private parking for 3 days cost 45 Euros, but parking in Logrono is very limited so had no choice.
Review 76:Location was excellent, very central for all the tapas bars and restaurants. Also to spend the day exploring Logrono. Rooms are large and very clean, with a good size bathroom. Staff very helpful. Good value for money.
Review 77:The wifi is not continuous. U have to re-enter your code several times a day.
Review 78:Everybody in the hotel tries to do everything to please you. Very friendly but yet very respectful.
Review 79:Although the buffet breakfast was fairly good, the layout of the breakfast room was poor making it difficult to access things when busy.
Review 80:This hotel is so close to the streets with many tapas bars. Walk put of the hotel and you are in the most vibrant art of the city which for a one night stover is exactly what we were looking for.
Review 81:We spent one night in this hotel, our last stop after walking 7 days on the Camino de Santiago. What a treat! The rooms were comfortable, spacious & clean. The bathroom was large with plenty of toiletries & a great shower - well deserved after a long day walking. The hotel is literally around the corner from Calle Laurel which is full of fantastic tapas bars. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the lovely city of Logrono, but especially to those who want a little treat on the Camino de Santiago. This hotel is excellent value. We did not use any other facilities in the hotel.
Review 82:Very nice and polite, and helpful. Very helpful, all of the staff. It was a great stay. They tried all the time to make us feel comfortable. great experience
Review 83:Hotel needs work done. room walls are dirty and room comfort nor worth of a 4 star hotel.
Review 84:Location very good, very central. Hotel staff was pleasant.
Review 85:We liked the smell of the rooms, room design which had wall-tall windows, very nice toiletries provided, and location (in the middle of the shopping/food areas).
Review 86:Only comment is that the windows could have been more clean...
Review 87:The location just next to the small 'tapas streets' is great. The service and personel is very nice. Most of all I enjoy the large room with the perfect view of the city and the landscape
Review 88:No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Not enough pillows for the bed. Only one English speaking channel on the TV.
Review 89:The lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Secure parking although at a cost.
Review 90:Poor selection for breakfast, and food was not as fresh as could be.
Review 91:It's proximity to the old part of town and near Calle Laurel. Parking on site though limited.
Review 92:Not a thing! I would definitely go back!
Review 93:Close to the Tapas restaurants in the older part of the city. Parking on site and then walking distance to everything else . Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Very comfortable!
