Review 1：Just a little difficult to locate. Perhaps a more detailed touchdown map from 306 to the property would be of more help

Review 3：I stayed in 9 different places over my holiday (mostly B&Bs) and this was the best in every way. The owners were enormously hospitable making me feel like a friend of the family rather than a visitor. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thoughtful. The house is in a beautiful, tranquil spot and the room and facilities superb. The breakfast was delicious and large; just what was needed for a day's cycling. It is the one place I would like to return to just to stay here again.
Review 4：The location was wonderful, the facilities excellent, the owners really friendly and helpful (even phoning and recommending a local auberge for evening meal ). We wish we had booked more than one night. A small comment my wife made on their review form was perhaps for some fresh fruit for breakfast as she only usually eats fruit, but the breakfast was superb in my opinion- one could not wish for more! We will be back!
Review 5：This is really off the beaten track, deep in the countryside. Wonderful warm welcome, relaxing in the garden (via door direct from bedroom - also used by friendly cats if you invite them in). Beautifully furnished, especially breakfast room (owners' lounge and dining area'. The most delicious breakfast spread that we've ever experienced in our decades of visits to France.
Review 6：We couldn't find it. On the sat nav or the map. A map coordinatewould be really helpful. (Or necessary). But we rang the phone numberand our gracious host who came out and found us and lead us back.

Review 8：The house is in the countryside outside of La Fleche ( though it is an easy drive in to town)We found it difficult to find and I think if it had been dark we would have had problems.The owner said with adavanc notice he is willing to prepare a simple supper , an option that I think if we go again we would take up.
Review 9：the accommodation and welcome were excellent, nothing to fault. The bedroom is charming and the bathroom spacious and comfortable. There are many little extra touches that we appreciated and made it different from staying in a hotel.
