Located right next to the ski slope and the cable car to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis skiing and hiking area, the Alpen-Herz Romantik & Spa features a large spa area and an indoor pool directly connected to the outdoor pool.
Spa facilities include a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, and steam bath. The indoor pool offers panoramic mountain views and features a counter-current system. A wide range of beauty treatments, as well as romantic massages for couples, is offered. Private romantic spa baths are also available.
The spacious rooms at the Alpen-Herz Hotel come with a balcony or terrace, a living area featuring a hi-fi system and an HD TV with Sky channels, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and granite washbasin. The large bathtubs in the rooms offer panoramic mountain views. Bathrobes, slippers, and bathing towels are provided. Suites also include a spa bath and an infrared cabin or fireplace.
In the 2 dining rooms, typical Tyrolean specialities and international cuisine are served. Afterwards you can spend relaxing hours in the bar and lounge which features an open fireplace. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon buffet with sweet and savoury dishes, and a romantic 6-course dinner with a choice of dishes.
From June to the end of October, you can use 7 cable cars free of charge and enjoy many activities in the surroundings, including horse riding, rafting and paragliding. An adventure park with a summer toboggan run can be reached within 10 minutes by cable car.
In winter, ski passes can be purchased directly at the reception.

Review 1：This is a skiing resort ,dont go there in the summer there is nothing todo or see only hotels This is not typcial Austria , it`s a concreatBuilding dressed as a Austrian house , in the rooms you very clear hearpeople in NeXT room, the staff is not dressed typcial Austrian , themenu is not in English the staff could not explain the menu, you need toask if you want the mini bar , there was no Water boiler ornescafe/the in the room an we had a suite? This is not 5stars , thebed was very bad the room was very hot and no a/c, we had booked 2nigths we left after one nigth.
