Review 1：Room not as good as the one shown on Internet. Needed to get stair gate fitted for young child. Self catering should come with an oven!

Review 3：Had an amazing visit. Very helpful staff, allowed us to check in early as the bus from Granada arrives at 10 and also check out late as bus left at 5. Answered all of our enquiries and had really useful tips. Definitely visiting again!!

Review 6：Our booking confirmation confirmed that our studio was on the ground floor which, although we hadn't asked for it, was a pleasant surprise as we were taking our dog. When we arrived I was told that we had been upgraded to a studio on the second floor. When I said that we would prefer to be on the ground floor I was told that there were no apartments at all on the ground floor! Javier on reception was very surprised when I showed him the booking confirmation.

Review 8：We found it a bit noisy...people talking in the locker area at night & children up early in the morning shouting from room to room...maybe the management could put up some signs to remind guests to keep quiet when passing through communal areas, or put some plants in the locker area to absorb noise.

Review 9：We have stayed here twice...once in Winter & once in Summer. The location is fantastic, within easy reach of all the shops bars & restaurants and it a couple of minutes walk across the square from the gondola. The building is modern & kept very clean throughout, and they are really pet friendly.

Review 10：Beds are pretty hard, wifi signal a bit weak, A/C could be handy in summer.

Review 12：The only issue is that they charged me a foreign exchange fee on settlement. I wanted to pay in the local currency but the clerk went ahead and charged in dollars. The effect of this is to increase the price by about 6%.

Review 13：We liked everything about the village, the splendid hiking and the comfortable apartment with great views and positioning.

Review 14：On arrival (8pm Sunday) we asked if there was anywhere to eat - and told yes there were lots of bars and restaurants. Money was taken up front of check-in then the attendent disappeared. The Sierra Nevada resort had closed that weekend and none of the shops or restaurants were open. The bedroom was approx 30cm larger than the 2 pushed together single beds, and there was no window. Woke at 3am hungry and claustrophobic and left.

Review 16：Cramped room, the WiFi (3 routers on 3 levels) was very very poor. I suspect it was not up to multiple access needed for the purpose. Hot water is great but limited to a small electric tank in each room. Stick to showers only and you'll be fine. Reception was a secure booth and unwelcoming more like a Police station in a war zone.

Review 21：We stayed were a few years ago and found the location in the resort to be excellent. The place has renovated since our last visit and is now modern and very comfortable , free wifi was a nice surprise as was our upgrade to a larger room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 23：Noise!!!! Suites all face a central atrium, in which is located the skilockers. Lots of banging of gear into lockers late at night. Spanishtenants congregated in atrium to socialize late into the night, leavingdoors to their suites open, calling to each other across the atrium, andallowing their children to run around freely, making noise throughoutthe hotel. Did not quiet down until after midnight. The master"bedroom" in our suite was located adjacent to the front door,so there was little to no sound barricade from the noise in the atrium.There was also no soundproofing between suites, so we could easilylisten to the conversations of our neighbors. To make matters worse,there was no privacy within the suite. The "bedrooms" are notactually separate rooms, but nooks carved out of the central livingspace and sectioned off with curtains. The 1 and 2 bedrooms apartmentsare really just studios. This is not a place for anyone who wants to geta good night's rest, for anyone who wants privacy and quiet, or forfamilies with small children. Finally, although the rooms were clean,the bedding was loaded with dustmites, especially the mattresses. Myallergies were out of control during our stay. Between the noise and thedustmites, we had a pretty miserable stay.

Review 24：Location is good in central plaza, near to cafes, restaurants, skirental shops, ski lifts. Parking is available in underground public lot,access to which is through another building. Ski lockers available. Niceresponsive front desk staff.

Review 25：The wifi is terrible. Don't plan on doing any important work while on holiday here, you'll have to go and find a restaurant where they have it. HOT WATER: our little boiler (apartment number 9) only gave us enough for one tiny bath shared between all 3 of us. They tried to sort it but there was nothing they could do. This was such a shame as it meant the one great pleasure after skiing (a long soak) was denied to us. Grim sharing one TINY bath between all of us, very quickly hopping in one after the other. No oven, just two hob-top rings but that was ok for us. The built-in hair dryers cut off after 20 seconds of using. Very frustrating. Bring your own. We had friends in the nextdoor apartment and the same happened to theirs. The central locker area is right outside your bedrooms so it's noisy from 7.45am. Bring earplugs!

Review 26：The apartments are really central. They are clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly. These apartments are not cheap but no nice accommodation in Sierra Nevada is cheap (there are a lot of very "dated", tired-looking places around so it's nice to find somewhere modern and clean)

Review 27：Parking a pain ,had to move car ,could do with knowing we're to park prior to arrival as the have private parking at a small cost. The ski shop that they booked our skis with is called one ,skis and boots were old .would not use that shop again

Review 35：Free wifi was rubbish. Connected ok but was so slow that nothing would load. We expected the sofa bed to be a sofa bed, not a leather sofa with a pull out bed underneath. One child had to sleep on the sofa, and the fitted sheet provided was much too small. Being 11 he didn't mind, but an adult wouldn't be comfortable.

Review 45：The rooms are noisy at night and our bedroom area had a high level window on to the hallway, as the halls are lit by auto lighting, as people came in to their rooms at night the lights in the hall would come on and light up the bedroom. The walls between the bedrooms and public areas are paper thin and so very noisy.

Review 50：Cleanliness of the room four. When you travel with a baby, it is almost everywhere it seems that dirty. Bring a pot. Wi-fi is VERY slow! Parking is expensive and if you want to get the discount you must pay for parking when they arrived. with no lift parking directly at the hotel, you must go up the elevator and then another whole floor lift suitcases up the stairs and then down the street ....
