Review 1：No AC in the rooms ... we were there during a 100 degree heatwave, ugh.

Review 2：The staff was very pleasant and very attentive. They constantly looked for ways to make our stay the best it could be.

Review 3：A couple more 'child friendly' menu options would have meant we used the restaurant more, but food quality was excellent.

Review 4：The layout of our junior suite was great, including additional upstairs single bedroom. Most of the time we had the pool/jacuzzi area to ourselves. Bar area was very cool, and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 5：At our arrival, we were assigned a suite on the 3rd floor. Theelevator was not working.(only one available). The next day, theelevator was still not working. I requested and was transfered to the1st floor. A 5 star hotel should have a 24/7 maintenance contractfor his only one elevator.

Spa/Bar staff were quite the opposite and very friendly When asked about local restaurants and reccomendations, we were just told to walk to the local square - we werent warned about the need to book in advance. Review 13：I did not feel for a moment the luxury of a 5 star hotel, plus in a well-known ski resort like megeve. The room is too small and standard for a 5 star hotel. Staff very standard, did not feel pampered at any moment. At our check in, absolutely no information was given. I asked the reception to book for an activity, by night time they had forgotton about it, a big mistake for a 5 star hotel. No business center. Wouldn't want to stay again, no service was up to a 5 star level.
