Review 1：Had to turn power on in fuse box, reset the safety trip. Single doona on fold out double bed. Shower head dirty, causing jets to spray everywhere. Vacume cleaner in toilet. No soap supplied.

Review 2：Has nice pools and close to town, nice resort.

Review 3：The air condition did mot function despite the fact that the hotel claimed that was working when we booked. Horrible warm nights. The room had dirty floors and was not clean.

Review 4：The standard was in reality fine but the fact that aircon was not working and the room was dirty spoiled the experience.

Review 5：All the nice things like swimmingpool, sauna, billard is closing already at 20 h. Which is not really normal. The check in at 17 h is also not usual and late. For the sauna you have to pay extra which is not mentioned in the booking and the sauna is not prepared for use, means you have to wait long for warm up. In all the swimming pool areas it is forbidden to wear flip flops which is not hygienic. The staff in the restaurant not always speaking english and very slowly. More or less ignoring the guests.

Review 6：The area soround is very quiet and near the center. Although the main guests are families it was very quiet. The swimmingpools are nice too. The apartment was okay. Parking space next to the apartments.

Review 7：Beds were very poor, just a converted settee and the air conditioning non-existent. Had to sleep on top of the sheets with the windows open and risk the mosquito bites

Review 9：Photographs were misleading on booking.com. Guests need to understand that the sofa bed is the double bed, not part of the suite. Additional bedding for children not available. Standards of cleanliness poor - eg quilt stained from body fluids not noticed by cleaners. Staff not very helpful. Advise to steer clear of this place.

Review 11：The beds are not very stable or comfortable. No receipt available for the money I paid. (They claim Booking.com should provide the receipt but this is not correct as they do not collect the money.)

Review 15：- We arrived at 18:45 for check in (one hour and three quarters after check in opened) and were advised our apartment wasn't ready yet. We had to wait another 20 minutes until we could get in to our apartment. This hampered some of our plans for the night. This is unacceptable! - Cleaning of the appartment appeared to be rushed, as we noticed there was cereal and hairs left over from the previous guests. Bin liners were not placed in the bin. - No basics provided ie. tea/coffee.

Review 18：The staff is great, very helpful and understanding... Nice spa, great swimming area, very green. Rooms with a terrasse or balcony. Kitchen is fully equiped. Wonderful location - just in the heart of blossoming lavanda fields.

Review 20：No tea towels,detergent,dish mops in kitchen Office closed a lot of the time . Given 1 garbage bag for 1 week. No follow up at all as to how we were going.Very poor for a supposed 4 star place.No vanity unit to wash hands in downstairs toilet

Review 22：Unfortunately, extra payment is required for most additional services(towels, internet, cleaning, even tv); the fitness-room is so outdatedthat it is not really usable, and when we were there the internetconnection was very weak and unstable (because of that it was free, fairenough). It's a very large-scale accommodation, part of a big chain.

Review 23：The appartment (4p) was well-equipped, with 2 bedrooms and largebalcony. Basic price-quality ratio was very good. Good swimming pool andat walking distance (5-10min; steep hill) from the centre of Greoux.Very friendly staff.

Review 24：1) Cleaning and renting linnen is pricy! 2) Wifi connection was poor and could do with improvment. Maybe offer WIFI pass like other organisations do? 3)Opening hours of Swimming pool should be extended till 22:000. 4) More choices with international TV channels like CNN?

Review 25：Overall quality of service, apartment comfort and equipment. Well maintained gardens and other recreational facilities were a success (swimming pool, pool table etc). Its is in close proximity to many nice natural activities (walks/trails, mountain biking, and the whole natural park Gorge du Verdon). Cities like Avignon, Aix en Provance are also close and wonderful to visit especially on market days..
