Reviews for Trivelles - Bradford - Sunbridge Road

Review 1:The room was very cold when we got there. We put the heating on once we got there but the room would not warm up. We then called a member of staff regarding this issue but he could not facilitate us with a heater. We then went to tescos to buy a fan heater for that night. As well as this when we were in bed that night the drawer from the top shelf had fallen onto the bed, luckily it did not fall on our heads. Towels that were given were very small and staff could have provided us with more towels. cheap coffee was also provided. No toaster! I would think there would be a toaster as the images on the website displayed a image of a toaster. I could point out everything that went with two we stayed. NO apology for the broken drawer that had fallen on myself and my partner when we reported it to a member of staff. Just another issue. only two pillows were given. The amount we paid was definitely not worth it.

Review 2:Standard of room very poor, toilet leaks, smell of toilet in the bedroom, outside view very bad.

Review 3:The price wasn't high and the staff was nice. Ok for stay for one night.

Review 4:Glass toilet cubicle in the middle of the room. Being able to hear next door, first bouncing a ball around his room for a hour at midnight and then listening to his tv (loud) till 5am! Hearing the sign outside at the front of the car park banging all night. Went to complain... No one there.

Review 5:Leaving.

Review 6:Bradford council really needs to tidy up the street.

Review 7:Useful if staying more than one night, as the kitchenette comes into its own, allowing you to self cater.

Review 8:Flush was draining all night when I informed him he already know did t bother to fix . bathrooms sliding door was not working properly .my next door neighbour music was at full volume late night

Review 9:Shower was dirty. Hair all over the floor. Not been cleaned after last users. No outside view only window blacked out with posters.

Review 10:The facilities are good and morden

Review 11:Bed is at the arm length distance to toilet and smells horribly of stench and dampness. The worst what it can happen to anyone that we had to check out after few hours at night time as it was impossible to spend the night at that place. My wife became very poorly due to the constant smell.

Review 12:The shower and toilet is right next to your bed who ever on earth Brought this idea forward is one crazy person , the towels smelt bad , on arrival we could smell some one smoking , we took one look at the room and made up are mind to go home but unfortunately we was told my credit card will be charged regardless us paying cash my advice please don't stop .

Review 13:The Area plus the distorted mirror in the bathroom I was unable to shave and banged my head off the wash hand basin washing my face.

Review 14:Comfortable bed good shower

Review 15:the toilet/shower area was like a box in the room but the facilities themselves were modern and clean

Review 16:it looked amazing, kettle fridge and microwave! pleanty of storage for if i were staying more then 1 night, the TV WORKED! and for £35 a night is great value for my mone. oh and the bloke at reception couldn't of been more welcoming, really helpful and all smiles

Review 17:Noisy, certainly not sound proof. Not secure entry, anyone can get in front door. No one on reception. I had to ring a number and he came down after 10 mins. Room meant to be fairly newly refurbished but not finished painting. Cracked worktop, broken shower door, which was apparently broken by 'some drunks last night'. Not a good experience at all.

Review 18:Powerful shower

Review 19:Its part of student accomodation. It's a little rough around the edges, needs some finishing touches. Room wasn't serviced in whole stay. The area didnt feel brilliantly safe. solo travellers to be slightly wary, especially on an evening-get a cab!

Review 20:Good facilities, fast running wifi. Decent power shower and useful kitchenette.

Review 21:Unfortunately I have to pass a negative reference. Room I have been given was on the ground floor and had no view (despite I paid for a room "with view") as windows were covered by non-transparent foil advertisement offering accommodation. Sofa had broken leg thus impossible to be used, the actual room seemed to be partially under construction - holes in walls, obvious traces of an old furniture moved out recently. At the kitchen there was a small mold area in the corner of the ceiling obviously caused by wrong insulation of the shower cubicle upstairs. What upset me at most was no warm water the second morning when showering. Based on this I've refused to stay any longer and cancelled the rest of my stay. Not relevant for any business stay at all. When leaving I showed the guy all these issues and he apologized mentioning they're still not fully ready and rooms are being prepared and will be much better in the future. But that's not an excuse when expecting payment for services, right? I'm not going to be who will check this the next time...

Review 22:The guy at reception was really helpful but that's all what has been a positive.

Review 23:The area is a bit of a walk to town and a bit gloomy at night. You are in a building inhabited by students on the upper floors.

Review 24:Great Staff, Great Room. Fridge and Microwave. Also a hob but that wasn't working. Good wifi, Large TV. Odd but interesting room layout.

Review 25:The hob within my room was not even connected so had to eat takeout food every night

Review 26:I liked the layout of the mini apartment. Very good idea for a business traveller like myself who doesn't want to eat takeout all the time

Review 27:No cutlery, plates, dishes or saucepans so despite having a microwave and hobs there was little we could do to feed ourselves despite having brought food with us for a simple evening meal. The sofa had one broken leg and one missing leg. There was no hot water for a shower.

Review 28:The young man on reception was very pleasant but appeared unable to resolve any problems. He did say that he would pass on our comments.
