Review 1：Property is run down, trash, scrap metal and animal feed all over the house. Courtyard is collection of old kid bikes and riding toys, no screen on windows and no air conditioner or fan.

Review 3：The worst "surprise" was that on top of the price for which we booked the room, they asked for money for cleaning (that over 20% of the first price) and money for some taxes??? We've never heard of such thing!! We didn't like this.
Review 4：We were welcomed and treated like family from the moment we arrived. The room they put us in was fantastic and beautiful and roomy. Austria had unusually high temperatures however the house Frau made adjustments to help us be more comfortable. It's a family barn that has been turned into a B & B. The breakfast was authentic Austrian food and plentiful. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. Most beautiful place we stayed in on our European vacation. We will be back!!

Review 11：The signage wasn't clear. I arrived at night, and although the family name "Kaltenbrunner" appears on the sign, it was not lit-up, and it did not say "Gaudihof Kaltenbrunner." Since the rooms are contained in a large farmhouse, I wasn't sure I was in the right place until the owner came out and greeted me.
Review 12：Gaudihof Kaltenbrunner provides nice, rustic accommodations. I stayed in with my wife, 13 year-old son and 11 year old daughter in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are decorated in a country farmhouse style. It is a good place to go if you have a sense of adventure and want to get an impression of staying at a local farm house. Everything was neat, clean and cosy, but it is definitely not luxury city hotel.
Review 13：Our room was dirty and very cold. When we asked for heating the owner told us that it is automatic and she cannot help us. No breakfast, few animals, no kitcehn in apartment. I will not recommend this house.

Review 15：Far from the city, not easy to reach by foot or by bike. Breakfast was average and the rooms were too hot. The ceiling fan in the main bed room was broken was not fixed even after requesting. Two of us had to sleep in the hall way to avoid the heat.

Review 21：VERY difficult to find - out in the countryside in very small village, not good signage. large farm style house but a bit shabby and run down, garden had 2 rabbits and one kitten - no other animals. Some kids' play equipment but also run down. Nowhere to eat although you could bring your own food (we didn't realise that) - nearest is Melk, about 10 mins drive but not so easy to find on country roads in the dark. Breakfast not included. No wi-fi.
