Review 1：TV channels were not good quality and sauna wasn't warmed during the indicated time. I missed in the room a short description about the offer they have and opening hours for the pool, sauna, SPA, fitness center as well as the time the room are being cleaned.

Review 2：I loved the hotel style and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was low season so extremely quiet and perfect to reload my batteries. Also they have an amazing and beautiful library.

Review 7：The bedroom we stayed in seemed to be part of the hotel which had not yet been upgraded and although comfortable it was not of the same standard as the other areas of the hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Review 8：Loved the location and the very comfortable lobby, lounge/bar and terrace areas. Food was also of very good quality. The pool and sauna areas were excellent and very enjoyable after a day's skiing. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Review 9：The swimming pool had cold water. The whirpool (Jacuzzi) had warm water and not hot water as it should. Really dissapointing. The Breakfast was another dissapointment. Very few and basic food. Perhaps the Hotel is cutting down expenses (cold pool, poor breakfast) during summer when Hotel is not fully booked. Bottom line : Expensive Hotel. Cold Pool. Poor Breakfast. No value for the money. Small rooms. The first room we got had smelly bathroom and we had to ask to move to another room.

Review 10：We ordered a family room, which was extremely small. Squeaky floor boards and paper thin walls. We found food crumbs under the armchair. Way too expensive and so not worth it. Staff did not have time for us. All in all, relieved it was only for one night.

Review 12：Very, very slippy floors around the swimming pool area. Nobody did fill up the breakfast rerving trays. The scrambled eggs were empty and the coffe tank was almost empty and the coffe lukewarm. The playstation in the playroom was not working.

Review 14：The changing rooms in the pool area should have been cleaned more often. In the afternoon there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Towels should have been available in the pool area. Weak coffee

Review 18：It took a while for someone to appear on arrival and throughout thestay, the staff, though lovely, could have been a little more visibleand easier to find. Some scaffolding close to room balcony looked unusedfor some time and should have been removed, this effected view from myroom and pool downstairs. Decor, while of high quality, may be a littledark for some tastes. Non see-through barn style hotel entry doors notwelcoming to guests, gives a "keep out" rather than "comein" message. Log effect reception desk added to barn effect. Thisundermines what is essentially a high class hotel.

Review 19：Staff were very friendly, charming and helpful. Chef and waitressesdelightful. Beautiful pool and sauna. Hotel recently modernised, so muchchanged from my previous visit (Dec 2011). All in all, I had a veryenjoyable and relaxed stay.
