Reviews for Hotel Le Richmont

Review 1:No locks on the balcony - not good with a young child. Whilst the front of the hotel had a good view, round the back looked a bit derelict.

Review 2:Suite was good as separate bedroom for young child. Location was good - right on the beach and boardwalk to town.

Review 3:Great staff, great location. Hotel is a little quirky but it is a gem so long as you're not looking for 'boutique' chic. A big flight of steps up to entrance.

Review 4:The hotel exterior is dated and needs refurbishment. The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Review 5:The staff were fantastic and the view from our balcony was incredible.

Review 6:Fantastic sea view

Review 7:Great location for beach, view and bike rental. Nice restaurant.

Review 8:situated by the beach overlooking the small fishing port. very friendly helpful staff. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Review 14:Location and view.

Review 15:It was difficult to connect WiFi in the top floor

Review 16:The location is good for beach

Review 17:Rooms were cleaned in a hurry. We found a used band aid! Quarter of a roll of toilet paper was not enough. Pillows were smelly. I was really surprised that this hotel has 3 stars.

Review 18:Great location and provides a garage for your car. Fantastic to park indoors in the heat of the south.

Review 19:The decor was quite dated and the standard room was small. The food was dreadful. Breakfast was absolutely basic and could be found on the local strip for half the price. We had one dinner there and it was awful.

Review 20:The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent...right on the beach.

Review 21:All pretty good here for a pleasant seaside stay. Quirky décor in the rooms - plenty of oranges, reds and mixed wood inlay, but cheerful.....

Review 22:Great location overlooking the marina and beach of Marseillan Plage. Very nice on-site restaurant with plenty of sea-food. Individual garages beneath the hotel (about 7 euros), where we were able to leave the car after check-out while we had a few hours on the beach (coming back to a cool car). 10 minute walk along the front to the 'strip' in the small town - a few bars, restuarants and seaside shops. Possibl;e to walk the full length of the beach into Cap d'Agde.

Review 23:Area is very busy, beach was packed and area is a popular holiday destination for the french.

Review 24:Quality of staff on arrival was excellent, evening meal was perfectly fine and secure parking a must.

Review 25:the bed was uncomfortable, the TV was badly placed in the chambre although there were fairly severe space restrictions

Review 26:service in restaurant was excellent. The staff really tried to please. We were particularly impressed by the manager of the hotel who was obvoiusly concerned with the hotel's image.

Review 27:nothing.

Review 28:Good location, very efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Bike friendly - travelling with a bicycle and hotel and staff were very accommodating

Review 29:No complaints - all good.

Review 30:Friendly staff. Lovely outlook on marina. Good internet connection. Secure parking at additional cost of 7 Euros per day. Good value.

Review 31:The staff is a bit condescending and not very warm. Speaking of warm, our room had inadequate warm water. The breakfast was very expensive and fairly ordinary.

Review 32:The room was comfortable and adequate. The public areas large, open and light. The dining/ breakfast room looks over a port de plaid dance and was very nice. Dinner was good if not gourmet.Great location. Even cheap rooms have a tiny view of the port.

Review 33:The hotel is quite old and it smells in the rooms.

Review 34:OK place for one or 2 nights close to the beach. Nice and helpful staff.

Review 35:the hotel and its crew gave up at least 20 years ago!!

Review 37:Nothing!!

Review 38:We liked the closeness of the harbour and the beach.

Review 39:Bathroom could have done with more lights

Review 40:A very good hotel, friendly staff and a great location overlooking the sea.

Review 41:No kettle in the room

Review 42:Good for beach

Review 43:Drains blocked, maintenance lacking - a tired old 2 star hotel.

Review 44:Location

Review 45:sea view was not quite. room 206. room 205 when we arrived and had key. had not been cleaned
