Review 6：The First and most important reason for choosing the place was an alleges free parking only that upon arrival we were told it is not valid on July... Having known that beforehand we would not take this hotel at all!

Review 8：Lack of parking at the property. Difficult to unload bags although staff v helpful re advice on alternatives. Room size (triple) was on the small side.

Review 12：Only bad experience was on the walking track coming down from the Mont Blanc viewing area. The brochure notes talk about 'a gentle stroll' while in realty it's a tricky, steep climb down the side of the mountain and the trail is poorly marked like so many other tracks in France.

Review 13：Great place to stay with friendly and helpful owner/manager. Location is just out of Chamonix so it's less busy and congested. There's a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and it's only a few hundred metres to the cable car/train to the Mount Blanc viewing area.

Review 14：The WIFI did not work at all - neihter in the room (room 58) nor anywhere else I tried .. When booking we were asked whether we wanted to reserve a free parking. it turned out however that there was no free parking .. The personal however accepted for us to park on the hotel grounds, and kept the car key to move it in case needed ..

Review 15：We participated at the TIME Megève event on the Sunday and were able to keep the room until after the race, to have a shower etc.. That was much appreciated!

Review 16：The location was excellent for skiing being not far from the ski lift and very close to the town centre with it's many good restaurants but really quiet as well. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Cannot fault anything.

Room lovely towels & linen changed every day & our balcony overlooked the swimming pool & mountains. breakfast very nice but not included in price but we were aware of this when we booked & you could go into the town & find coffee etc cheaper.

You should also consider that there is a river directlyunder the room, which is very noisy- if you have to leave the windowopen in the night ( as no airco), than can be difficult to sleep.

Review 66：Megeve seems to like to be posh. Only high end stores in city with very expensive prices. Food in slope not worth he cost. No place to find a slice of pizza if you want. Regarding the hotel it was fine but costly again for what you get. But all this comes from that the city try to attract the high end people. We are not so that why this ended up on this side. For you that are this will be a very nice place, but maybe you don't fix your trip via booking.com?

Review 68：We had booked a superior room, were given room 26, smaller than all theother superior rooms, right near reception, noisy, we were told on check-in we get a rate reduction, on leaving we were told that other peoplewere happy to pay superior room rates for the room and would not begiven a discount.

Review 72：Our room was charming. We had the superior/deluxe room category and hada nice balcony overlooking the pretty pool area and a bit of mountainview. The mini bar had reasonably priced items. The receptionists werecompetent and warm and spoke english well. Great location one half blockfrom the pedestrian only city center. Grocery store is two doors down ina very subtle location.

Nice decor throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean. Swimming pool and area clean with comfortable loungers. Review 75：The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a 'Superior' room with balcony and this is what we got - with lovely view of the pool. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedlinen. The Reception staff were amongst the most friendly and helpful we have ever met. The location of the hotel in Megeve was perfect, within minutes of everything Megeve has to offer.
