Review 3：There was no air conditioning. This is a must especially for hot and warm days like the week when we were. Very difficult to sleep at night in a hot room. We received a fan after complaining.

Review 8：The personnel was very friendly with us. The breakfast was fantastic. The view from our room was very nice. The hotel is at a walking distance from the centre and the main hiking routes.

Review 10：The rooms were very comfortable. All rooms had robes and slippers. The wellness center had nice relaxing music and it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The Internet was fast. It was 15 minutes to Soll (Ski Welt). Plenty to do around the hotel. The bar staff was super nice and attentive. The reception helped my group of 9 make dinner reservations every night and ordered is a taxi.

Review 12：The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were better than can be the case in Austria where only ham and cheese is available, here hot options, bacon, sausage and eggs were available as were cereals!

Review 19：Nice room with a luxury bathroom. I had a room with a view of Kufstein castle. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast superb. I also had a wonderful evening at the hotel bar listening to good live music, so my experience of the hotel was extremely positive.

Review 20：Check-in hard to find, you must go to the parking garage and it is not marked properly.

Review 21：Great location next to castle and 1/2 mile to Reidel Crystal Factory. The room was wonderful and the view of the castle was fantastic. We did not eat in the hotel. There were many resturants nearby.
