Review 1：Downside ~ we were on the top floor which didn't have access via elevator, elevator only went up to the 2nd floor. With a baby stroller and luggage this was a little bit difficult. Since we were on the TOP level, there were only sky line windows, so we literally had no view of anything but the sky. The heat was hard to control, but better to be warm rather than cold ;-).

Review 2：Hotel Telecabina is located right by the main ski lift in the main Pradalona square. It had super easy access to the underground parking, as well as much cheaper offer for the daily parking rate. It is close to the Guardaria (daycare) which is located just down the steps from the gondola lift. The breakfast was decent ~ a small variety of typical Spainish breakfast items. We got a room for 2 adults and one child, plus a baby cot. We ended up with a double room ~ tons of room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 3：The location of this hotel was excellent between the 2 main telecabin lifts. Also the bedroom was both spacious and very well furbished. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 4：The beds were far too hard horribly uncomfortable we had to leave after first night (due to stay 3 nights) otherwise we would have been exhausted before hitting the slopes. Staff apologetic and allowed us to check out early. Breakfast pretty poor.

Review 7：The reception staff, especially Ana, were the friendliest, most helpful, happy staff we have come across in all the hotels we have stayed in. They alone helped make this 2 star hotel appear to be 4 star.

Review 8：Location was perfect, parked car in public car park and walked straight into ski boot room... They arranged ski passes for us plus offered us the option to shower/towel after our days skiing after we had already checked out. Dinner and breakfast was plenty and good. Will stay again

Review 10：Location was ideal, next to ski lifts and very near to main square. Rooms a good size, basement level contains large change- locker area for ski storage and change, connected to car park and a few metres from the main ski lifts. Staff were superb, nothing too much trouble, gave us all the information we needed throughout our stay. Particularly appreciated how they organised our lift passes, allowed us to shower and supplied towels at end of another great day's skiing after we had checked out first thing. Breakfast was also great, nice buffet with plenty of choices of hot and cold food. Can't believe this is only two star, should be at least three and is better than some four star hotels we've been to.

Review 35：Occasional lack of attention at breakfast time. One time there were no clean plates, then no clean cups and then no forks. Probably just bad timing, arriving after the early rush and before the dishwasher had been emptied. Once informed, the staff were quick to supply me with the missing items, so not a big problem.

Review 45：The location in the centre next to the lifts was perfect. The welcome provided by the staff was outstanding and they proved helpful; throughout our stay. The Wifi worked perfectly and even in the cafe outside! On weekday not too noisy would love to visit again.

Review 46：The only small negatives were the lack of WiFi in rooms. Only available in reception & other public areas. Also, the evening buffet was ok if you went into dinner early (8pm ish) but wasn't too hot if you left it too late. Next time we would go bed & breakfast, not half board.

The reception staff were extremely helpful & it was a bonus that we could buy our lift passes at the reception. Excellent buffet breakfast to fill you up before your day's skiing, and the Estafado de Tenera (Beef Stew) in an evening was superb! Our room was a small double but adequate & having a bath to relax in after skiing a bonus. Other reviews have mentioned that it can be noisy, but we did not find it noisy & our room was next to the hotel lift! Car parking couldn't be easier. Go to level -2 in the underground car park. Park at the far end from the entrance on the left hand side and you will see an entrance directly into the hotel. This also takes you straight to the hotel ski locker rooms.

Free use of safe in bedroom. Free use of dressing rooms & shower facilities on departing day. Ability to buy lift passes from Hotel Reception. I would definitely stay there again.
