Review 1：It was difficult to find the hotel for the first time walking at midnight from La Defense RER station, a couple of signs on the way could help a lot. No hairdryer in the bathroom - but for me it was a minor issue, I almost never use it. No corkscrew in the kitchen. And I would appreciate also dish washing liquid & a couple of sponges - it's like toilet paper, you expect it to be there. The room rate could be lower to make it more attractive.
Review 2：Located just 10 minutes away from La Defense RER A station, great connection with the city & with suburbs - I needed the latter every morning so I was happy with it. Comfortable room, heating was appreciated. A kitchen is what you need to optimize your expenses in Paris when you go there for business.
Review 3：Room: - Small room with very tight space left in between the "bed" & other furniture, - The bed was actually an extendable sofa, - TV system usage non intuitive with 2 remote controls & no manual/help - Free wifi was slow and unstable - I had to go through my home NAS to download the latest iOS that was released while i was there then get the file from the office. - Not enough power outlets on the desk area - i had my own power extending cable for my PC & phones, but if i moved my feet under the desk i would move some other cables & shut down the tv set :( Kitchen: cannot say much as i did not have the guts to use it. All equip was old and untrusty, i preferred not to make myself anything, not even some cofee. Bathroom: - water leaks were visible roghly everywhere - Shower bath drain could not cope with a shower's used quantity - Toilet area kind of small for non-tiny people
Review 4：There's a pretty good and welcoming restaurant 10 meters from the entrance They have rooms with a balcony (for heavy smokers that don't like going all the way out of the hotel) You could see there are efforts to clean it, but heavy work and investments are required both on common & private areas
Review 5：Yes, it was quite hot (June 15-18, 2015), no air-conditioning not even a fan in the room, sleeping with balcony door open led to mosquitoes entering the apartment

Review 21：We were given a very small room with a fold-down bed - not at all comfortable for a mature couple. The space between the bed and the table and drawers was barely enough to get by. We were on the 1st floor and were regularly awoken at dawn by staff putting out the garbage. Internet was on and off, mostly off and completely unpredictable - strange that a hotel with so many rooms and guests is unable to ensure internet services, that seems to be the most frequent complaint.
Review 22：As we stayed at the hotel earlier, we knew how to reach La Defense easily, by bus (No.73 stops right across the street) or by a 10 minute walk. It is just 15 minutes to central Paris by metro. There are many shops in the neighbourhood, even all-night stores.
Review 23：The lobby gives a fake idea about the rest of the hotel.it seems fancy at the entrance but then starts the nightmare. The rooms and the halls smell really bad. The halls smell like the kitchen of a bad ethnic restaurant. The bathroom is disgusting. The shower was moldy and a bad oder came out of it.the floor is ancient and dirty. I found 2 cockroaches.The bed is not comfortable and has metal edges that caused us several bruises. Everything about that hotel is shady. It is the kind of place where you go only to sleep and then head out as fast as possible.

Review 53：The location of the Residence is great!You are 10 minutes away from La Defense Metro station that goes directly to all main objectives in Paris and it's also a RER station. The neighborhood is very safe and nice, you are not afraid if you get back late from visiting. The staff was pretty friendly.

Surely a disposable j cloth and some detergent would not be too much. 1 towel for seven days use, no bedding change for seven days. No daily room make up. Terrible wifi speed unable to use for any communications VoIP etc just about copes with email. Fridge very noisy hard to sleep when it cycles on. You can stay in hotels in the same area for similar rates and get you room turned over and cleaned daily.

Review 57：The hot water in the shower stops in very small time, making it very unpleasant to bathe there. Even after calling the reception and some one checking on it did not improve. The rooms were very small for 2 people. Cleaning only once the whole week, in tiny rooms made it difficult.

Review 80：The room was small, the utencils were missing. What is the point ofhaving a kitchen in an apparthotel when I have to buy a sponge and haveto use a spare towel to dry the dishes? The door at the wardrobe wasbroken, the cleanup service basically just made my bed. The Wi-Ficonnection is a joke, the cable connection is there, but unavailablepermanently. It is more an insanely expensive student's dormitorythan an apparthotel. I changed the hotel and it was the best decision Icould make.

This is my break time!" - when in fact, he wasn't even there when I returned to the hotel 2 hours earlier. - There is no housekeeping/turndown service performed for a 4-night stay (not even garbage removed)

It can be toowhite and plain especially if you plan to stay for a few days. The staffis not always willing to offer help and to assist you. It looks likethere's always only 1 person in the reception and is busy doingsomething else. And when they finally have time, they do not have asolution to offer.

They never service the room. and no shampoo or body wash refill and we have to go and ask for it.

Our room was not ready when we arrived after 2pm, but the weekend staff were very helpful and efficient in resolving the issue. However, our room had the markings of a one-person room, rather than two, as there was just one of everything - but the staff resolved this, too.
