Review 1：Non smoking policy was not good, very poor indeed! Guest smoke by opening there hotelroom window, so the smoke enters youre room if you open the window or by the ventilationstrips! Everybody smells this in the hotel!

Review 2：- They didn't give me the room I booked. - They made me pay more for THIER mistake - They only clean the room a few times per WEEK. - Very unhelpful and bad service

Review 4：Absolute no customer orientation, had to pay full fare even with cancellation due to terrorist attacks. Strictly stick to the rules policy, i certainly will not book this again.

Review 8：Checked in for 2 nights. Very cramped rooms left no space between bed and nearby tables. Poor lighting in rooms, poor service by staff. I asked for simple things like sugar and milk creame which they never delivered for 2 days. Lobby outside the rooms were stinking. Property needs major renewation on many aspects. I would highly recommend staying in different hotel which might even cost you lower.

Review 16：I thought it was a great stay and it was very cheap! It's located in a nice neighborhood and it's near a huge mall and subway station so it was easy to get back and forth to the center of Paris. Would definitely book a room at this hotel again.

Mr. Kalai at the Front office needs a specialmention for the level of support and commitment he offered in locatingand Assisting in sending our lost bag, which we forgot on the metrostation near the apartment. The conectivity and location are excellent.Would look forward to stay again during my next trip.

Review 30：* Knew room would not be cleaned daily, but did not expect to have to empty bins ourselves and bring down to ground floor. Tedious if on your own with very young children. * Room quite cleverly designed (foldable double bed with separate sofa bed, dining table which can be rolled under the desk to save space, plenty of shelves), but has to be as room is quite small. With a travel cot in the room, there is no space to open up the sofa bed or to use the dining table without folding the double bed. * Without walking to CNIT (tricky with pram as escalators/lifts are often not working), not many eating places in the immediate vicinity. Local Bistro is nice but expensive and very busy at peak hours. Otherwise, there is only a kebab shop.

Courbevoie has quite a peaceful feel with a lovely park just outside the hotel, but you're just a short walk from La Defense shopping and the metro taking you to the centre in maybe 10 minutes. Good facilities and helpful staff, with smart, comfortable accommodation mostly.

Review 38：Located in the fancy and clean la defence area, I felt safe and fresheverytime we walk to the metro station. (It's not that far from theclassic tourist attractions) Deep sleep is guaranteed in this quietresidence, get away from the tourist jam in the old town. Price was alsovery reasonable. There's a big supermarket 'Monoprix'nearby, so we bought good-quality french groceries, fiilled in thefriger and cooked both for breakfast and dinner. You will get more thanyou pay from this residence hotel, which is very rare among the over-priced paris hotels.

Review 51：1) There was NO notice tag for "Do Not Disturb", and the cleaning staff kept knocking at the door in the early morning, sometimes even didn't wait before opening the door with their spare keys. They don't speak English nor understand English at all. 2) The refrigerator cannot be firmly closed. 3) The water temperature from shower head is extremely unstable, it becomes burning hot every once in a short while 4) The toilet seat cannot be kept vertical 5) The room is too dark, it didn't even have a lamp on the desk

Review 55：the garden door did not work on Sunday evening. we had to lift the buggy up the stairs and use the main entrance. clearly this was not a safe and easy way when you have to squeeze quickly with the buggy through revolving doors. the lady at the reception desk was not very helpful and only said that the back door was not working.

Review 62：The room wasn't ready on time (3:00 PM). I was told that i could check in at 2:30 but that didn't happen. I was very tired after a long flight. Also, the cleaning staff left a machine on the floor to make the room smells nice. The odor was very strong and it got me having difficulty in breathing. Lastely i was hoping to put some football channels on TV, that would be cool.

Review 66：The hotel is located in a beautiful and safe area, but a connection to the City center is a bit problematic. Walking 10-12 minutes to La Defense RER station or taking a tram no. 2 that is always overcrowded and infrequent on evening. Needed an additional connection to the most popular locations. A way to the airport or to Gare du Nord rail station is really terrible with a luggage, especially a connection on Chatelet Les Halles with stairs. We came back to the hotel after a visit in Disneyland only at 1 after midnight.
