Review 1：Had to take an elevator

Review 2：Great location, easy parking (we were there in very off season, though), spectacular hiking trails right across the street (ski trails in winter), excellent breakfast included.

Review 3：A sofa bed is not a comfortable bed. The room was a littel bit to small. No place to sit and to store the suitcase.

Review 4：Nice and clean chalet. At summertime a real quiet place to stay.

Review 5：Residence is constantly cleaned all day, good size room for our weeks stay, free wifi worked well, great choice of buffet breakfast, staff helpful, fab location for getting all the families ski equipment onto the slopes easily. We have stayed here 3 winters now and will always book the Adonis for our Valberg visits

Review 6：Things to improve: - Floor tiles where very slippery, dangerous even with street shoes (not to say for ski boots). Taking into account that most ski resorts have carpet or wood, I think this should be considered. - Ski lockers are very small, you can only fit skis. The locker room with only one bench, in morning peak hours (when all children have to get ready to go to class), it was basically impossible to get your boots on... no room to sit. - The exit of the ski locker room is on the other side of the building, so you have to walk up a steep street with your ski boots on and carrying all ski equipment (yours... and your children's). Fortunately, the walk is relatively short. - Some appliances (toaster) did not work, and power went off when putting microwave oven and dishwasher at the same time. - Coat hangers would have been nice to have, after skiing there was nowhere to hang ski jackets to air/dry. ... but in spite of all these, I recommend this place...

Review 7：Very, really very closed to ski slopes. Very nice staff. Very comfortable beds. Nice room distribution in apartments. Nice to have a parking included in the deal. Deal at the ski shop below (Intersport, they are very nice too).

Review 9：Location is brilliant, across the road from chair lifts, ski hire shop next door very helpful. Property recently renovated and everything was modern and clean. Guy behind the desk very helpful with good English and looked after us very well. We will return next year

Review 11：Read the other evaluations, they are all true. All of them. We also witnessed some new development, roof has started to leak. My personal favorites amongst other complaints are inconvenient shower design and uncomfortable studio bed. Ours was so uncomfortable that we had to take the mattress onto floor to be able to sleep at all.

Review 33：Unhelpful man on reception. Told me on the phone that there were no rooms available, so I booked through Booking.com where there were plenty of rooms. No more friendly face to face. Bad building design: the exit from the ski locker(which is too small for boots, room only for skis) is at the back of the building which entails a traipse around the block to the slopes. We kept our skis in the car roof box and came down from the room through reception in ski boots despite the sign forbidding it. Everyone did the same. Expensive breakfast. Veluxes in the bedrooms were covered in deep snow and frozen shut so neither light nor ventilation in the bedrooms, which were very hot and stuffy. Mechanical ventilation in WC and bathroom did not function. No coffee pot supplied in kitchen. The local shop sells about 10 per week to Adonis customers.

Review 34：Location in front of the slopes and near the restaurants. On road parking in front of hotel. Good skiing in Valberg and across to Beuil. Good and friendly personnel on the slopes. Slope evacuation works well.....

Review 35：The room wasnt very clean at all- especially the floor-possibly due to clients having to clean their room rather than professionals. There wasnt a shower curtain so water sprayed everywhere when having a shower, the hotel mentions they provide soap/shampoo- bring your own-the tiniest bottle (only one for four people) didnt get far.

Review 36：Proximity to the slopes, appart-hotel style room with a kitchen is very practical with kids and most of the equipment seemed pretty new. The room for 4 people was actually rather spacious. Beds were comfy and the sofa bed was also comfy. TVs in each room (one in lounge area and one in bedroom) which meant the parents could watch tv even once the kids had gone to bed.

Review 37：Nice premises in need of new management. Charming french lady in thereception, though not at all service minded. Door to apartmentoccasionally on strike so door would not lock. Lamps in corridor out oforder for 3 days. When proposing to have the light repaired the charminglady in the reception declared "but monsieur you must understand Ihave no lamps!". Backdoor to premises as well as door to ski roomopen day and night. The free parking in front of the premises rendered aparking fine of 35€ as the police said car parked partly on the road.And, yes the parking was full of snow, so, please Adonis take care ofyour property otherwise your guests will not return!

Review 38：Very good location very close to ski lifts. Recently built premises,(yet not finished here and there) Good value at economy standard.

Review 39：Although the booking said we could check in between 17hrs and 22hrs wefound the residence closed at 20hrs, no answer to the phone and we wereobliged to find alternative accommodation for our first night.

Review 43：They are changing the towels every 4 days. We rented a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) and we got 4 towels (1 per person) for 4 days. Not adapted at all. You'll have to count extra 10 euros per set of 4 towels. Very bad explanation at the reception about the ski lockers etc.

Review 45：It would have been helpful to have hooks for clothes, etc. just inside the door (mudroom) to hang coats, hats, bags since there isn't much other storage. We had to keep our luggage there as well since there wasn't enough room in the bedroom. The continental breakfast was very overpriced, in our opinion. There were just a few selections of breads, cereals, yogurt, and a tiny plate of cheese and meat. But no fruit. Check-in is very late in the day so if you arrive before 4pm, you are out of luck and must wait.

Review 46：The location was perfect for us with the ski rental shop just next door and the ski lift on the opposite side of the street. We had a room overlooking the slopes with a lovely terrace and glass doors. The bedroom is very small with just enough room for a clothes rack and a bed but the rest of the areas are comfortable enough. The kitchenette was well stocked and had a nice dishwasher, refrigerator and stovetop. The bathroom was well done with lovely sink cabinets and a large tub. It was a great price for this time of year. We will definitely return!

Review 47：Studio's had only couch; Very war during the night. One small room on the 2nd floor en 1 in de basement. Not possible to get 2 on the same level… Reception service minimum; not professional.

Review 48：It is a tool place to stay for skiing ; you can start in frond of the door. It is all brand new.

Review 51：Poor marking of the hotel-it took a while to find it. Poor and quite indifferent managment. Reception closed for most of the day. Very poor room equipment:no cups or a kettle but very big dishwasher, (for TWO people!!!). The manager suggested drinking from bowls as getting the cups was beyond his capability. No mirror in the room and no single hook in the bathroom. No shower curtain. Very poor space usage, huge boiler at low level and nothing above it. The boiler was making funny noises. The room wasn't cleaned or rubbish taken away for two days.

Review 53：The staff almost completely failed to engage with us. There was no sense of customer service. The room wasn't finished - the kitchen tap was broken and the blind in one of the bedrooms, yet there was no apology and we were not told about these when we arrived. We asked if the tap could be mended but the manager looked at us in dismay and said maybe in October and that the nearest plumber was in Nice (77 km away). Perhaps the offer of a free breakfast would have been a small gesture. The floor of our apartment was completely filthy when we arrived presumably because it had never been properly cleaned when first built. We asked for it to be cleaned and were assured it would happen the next day. The cleaner didn't turn up the next day at all, or the one after. We eventually had to ask the cleaner directly to come and clean our room which she did, though still not the floor. It is inconceivable that customers are treated in such a careless way in a brand new residence building. Adonis needs to provide some basic customer service training.

Review 57：It was bare walls, bare light bulbs and clearly unfinished. Apart for the accommodation there were absolutely no other facilities what so ever.
