Review 2：The property was extremely good value for money. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 3：Very nice studio with own kitchen and plenty amount of parking places. Arrived at midnight and got the key from the safebox. Very clever system. Kitchen was equipped even with dishes.

Review 4：Having a kitchenette with fridge is really useful but furnishings are cheap and cheerful and won't stand test of time. Good location and 200m from 4 restaurants and huge Intermarche. Dog friendly but 8 euro a bit steep, my tip is don't show it

Review 15：Not very clean. Dirt in the corners, squashed bloody mosquitoes on the walls. Had to pay 2€ for a day of wifi, were given a wifi booster to set up in the room. Worked every few minutes for 20 seconds, then lost signal. Absolutely useless really. The room smelled musty.

Review 17：The Wi-Fi didn't work for us. It was a small fee that wasn't refunded. If you are a coffee drinker, you might be waiting for it, as there is one pot at a time, and the poor woman was working the desk and the breakfast room.

Review 19：Kitchen was very basic, I wished I had taken some washing up stuff from home. Power was easily tripped so a torch was needed. I had to phone the emergency number to get the code to open the after hours key safe. That could easily have been in my email ......

Review 24：Dead cheap accommodation close to shops and motorways with a good French breakfast. I'm definitely booking here again when I'm over next year.

Review 25：No Wifi - they only had a cable for internet connections direct into a laptop which is pretty absurd in these days of smartphones and tablets. Even though on the site it stated that I had to pay on checkout, my money had already been deducted by the time I checked out. This was very inconvenient since a different bank card had been registered for the booking from the one I wanted to use to make this payment.

Review 44：Didn't see any staff as arrived on a Sunday and left early, good email comms though from them. No wifi but cabled internet was free. Very basic kitchen but just enough to get by. Beds clean and comfortable and a good place to stop over for a rest.

Review 45：The so called kitchen very poorly equipped...No electric kettle...No staff on duty at the weekends and on public holidays...windows and French doors open directly into oppositly located offices...we would not spend more then an occational night there..

Review 47：At weekends and evening there are no staff. Entrance is via key code door and room keys are held in keysafe outside the main door. None of this information was given to us either by bookings.com or in the confirmatory email from park and suite. All park and suite contact number went to voicemail. It took us 45 minutes, three voice mails and four text messages to get the required information; even bookings.com were unaware of this system. We would, however, stay there again now that we know the system. Be aware that you do need to use a mobile phone to call/text to obtain the door and keysafe codes, and be able to read / speak rudimentary french. It was a Crystal Maze like experience. =)

As reception is only manned on a part time basis there is no physical point of contact or overt security. I do not feel comfortable about this and as a result would not use a similar facility again.
