Review 1：Heated pool as mentioned on the hotel's website wasn't heated in mid September. The smell of cigarette smoke hits you as you enter reception and pervades upstairs even to the upper floor rooms.

Review 10：Restaurant was very smoky and the smoke drifted up the stairs to our room (which was the first one) and started to stink up our room. It was too late to ask for a change so we rolled up towels under the door which helped some.

Review 13：When we arrived at this lovely guesthouse we were immediately impressed with the location, ambience and friendly staff. The outside was covered in flowers and looked beautiful. We were greeted on arrival and taken to our room. This was a great triple room for me and my two daughters, comprising a double room and a single with the bathroom in between, with a shared balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the surrounding fields and mountains. The rooms were very pleasant, decorated in typical Austrian style with pine furniture. The bathroom was basic, with no toiletries supplied, but was large and clean. We ate in the hotel, and had a great meal, very large portions! The dining room is a large conservatory, a very attractive room. Breakfast the next morning was fairly basic, but adequate with the usual bread, hams, cheese, yogurt, fruit etc. Eggs were offered and eagerly consumed! The hotel also has a sauna, which would be great in the winter. The manager/owner, I'm not sure, was very helpful in giving advice for our journey the next day. All in all, considering the price we paid, this was a fantastic value for money hotel in a lovely place, and we wished we'd had longer here.

Review 14：Dinners wasn't good. Everydays meats was unprepared (tought). Soups was awful. Breakfasts wasnt vey fresh especially hams, mets, cheese etc... Juces was diluted. The best days of this Inn has gone.

Review 44：Even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the entireplace reeks of cigarette smoke (possibly because the owners themselvessmoke, I think). It is a lovely property, clean and attractive, but thecigarette smell really needs to be addressed. Also, it was very hotwhile we were there, and it would have been nice to have a fan in theroom, since there is no air conditioning.
