Review 11：As we were having lunch out on the Sunday, planning to have a snack in our room late evening, access to some crockery, cutlery and wine glasses would have been good. We coped!
Review 12：The hotel is only a 5-6 minute walk from the tramway, which takes you to the main stations in 10 minutes. Buy the 3 day ticket for convenience if staying that long. Lovely breakfast served in your room. Great shower.

Review 16：Situated to the north of the city, secure and free car parking and within a two minute walk of a frequent tram service costing 6€' for 2 day pass enabling easy access to bars and restaurants (& shops!) Super breakfast and very peaceful location. Nothing too much for the owners!

Review 22：Support from proprietoress when we needed directions- she located destination and printed instructions ready for the morning- breakfast was wonderful- vietnamese restaurant 5 mins walking distance also excellent- slept undisturbed for 10 hours- wow!
Review 23：The room was perhaps a little small, but that said, there was room for our cot. No gym or pool or anything like that, but the place is exactly as advertised. No coffee making facilities.
Review 24：The owners were extremely helpful and very friendly. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed including a hair dryer. The breakfast was well worth it. Delivered to your room and you can eat inside, or at your own outdoor table. It has private, secure parking, which is difficult to find in lille. Shutters on window, which was great. And very close to tram.

Review 38：I was in a room near the front which meant that when people were in the hall or reception talking to the owners I could hear them. Although this didn't matter to us much because it was winter, I'll mention that although it is very nice to have a back patio area, it is less private than I believed based on the photos.
