Review 1：Absurdly small room (room number 4) given when half the hotel was empty. Airless and cramped - ludicrous for the money charged. Will never stay here again and strongly suggest you specify exactly the room you are getting when you book. Asking for a twin or double is not sufficient. An appalling abuse of the trust which- as a client - when expects in booking a hotel room unseen. I feel that we were grossly abused and ripped off.
