Reviews for Le Provençal
Review 1:this place was a dive. It had paper thin walls, so you could hear everything. you get what you pay for, nothing more. water heater was sporatic.
Review 2:free parking shutters, kept the sunlight out in the morning. last minute accomidation.
Review 3:If I had my time over, I would probably have visited Tarascon on a day trip from Arles, as the sights can be seen in a couple of hours.
Review 4:A small but friendly hotel, with good security and a spotlessly clean generously proportioned room. It was well-priced and is walking distance from the train station and to all the sights in Tarascon.
Review 5:The accommodation is fairly basic and more like a hostel with individual rooms than a hotel. It is priced like a hotel
Review 6:The couple who run the hotel are lovely and very helpful and kind
Review 7:Mini bathroom. Uncomfortable bed.
Review 8:Very pleasant stay. Great suggestions and very helpful staff.Highly recommended.
Review 9:Smell in the room
Review 10:Owners are the best what there is in this hotel
Review 11:The car park included is not a real park, we decided to park the car in the street in front of the hotel.
Review 12:The breakfast was pretty poor - not good value for money to be paying 10 Euros for 2 cups of coffee, 2 croissants, 4 pieces of bread, 4 pats of butter and a small serving of red jam. The room was extremely dreary - on the 1st floor, turn right at the entry door, 1st room on the right - and bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pix on Booking.com. We were quite disappointed as it was the only place on our week-long drive from Paris to the Côte d'Azur where we had booked for more than one night.
Review 13:The owners - a husband and wife - we're very welcoming and pleasant. They were most concerned that our car was parked in an area where we would not be fined. It was far less expensive to stay in Tarascon than in Arles, the town we were most interested in visiting in this part if France.
Review 14:The Name "Hotel" is not right. It is more like a Hostel. There is no lounge or sitting area, no lifts, in fact nothing but a very small old fasioned room with bed, shower, toilet. Breakfast was a very basic cotinental type. Car park was on VERY rough ground at rear.
Review 15:The Staff were friendly and did their best to help. Language was a problem. WiFi was good once connection problems were overcame. There was a flat screen TV in the room.
Review 16:The room is too small. For the price it was acceptable.
Review 17:Good location, nice staff, good working wifi, free parking, daily cleaning.
