Review 1：Location near the beaches and the picturesque walk along the coast into Banyuls. The jacuzzi was lovely for my grandchildren living in Banyuls, a mini swimming pool.

Review 3：The restaurant is superb. 5 star dining in a 3 star hotel. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We had a 32E menu and it is very good value. The terrace is a great place to dine. Lovely view of the bay. The rooms are minimise but comfortable. We had a balacony and a sea view. Beautiful sunrise in the morning.

Review 4：The building is a bit austere and difficult to make comfortable. The shower cubicle in our room was a bit small and its tiling was in need of maintenance.

Review 10：Having just come from an inexpensive Spanish hotel that boasted one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, the beds here left something to be desired - comfort mainly. And we may have just caught him on a bad day but the waiter at breakfast seemed less than gracious, making a bit of a song and dance about preparing tables for lunch and spraying anti-bac while we were eating. Given the hotel's aspirations, something a little more discreet is called for.

Review 11：Fabulous location and a good-sized balcony overlooking the bay. Nice garden and a bright restaurant - also overlooking the bay - which appeared to be capable of being opened to the elements in more clement weather. Nothing to do with the hotel but we liked the beach bar that was within stumbling distance.

Review 12：Booked a more expensive room to the seaside and got a room to the street, only when you crane your neck you can see the sea. Didn´t want to change the room, allangedly the haven´t anyl left, though there still were 2 in the internet...

Just by the bus stop for the one euro coastal bus.

Review 51：The hotel is tired and old fashioned. Despite being promised a balcony we did not get one. The room and bathroom was pokey. The location is cut off from the main town and suggest the main town or other towns are better places to stay. The beach is like builders' concrete mix. If you don't want to eat in the good but expensive restaurant be prepared for a long walk into town. Spa? I dont think so. We opted for a 7euro hotel parking fee not knowing there was a free car park around the corner.

Review 53：We have worked in the travel/hotel business all our working lives and are very well travelled. We did however at the end of our stay feel that we had been duped here. We had booked a seaview with balcony but on arrival we were given two keys to pick our room, one of which had no seaview at all and the other which was clearly the room we had paid for was increased by another 12 euros despite our protests. The meal my wife picked for dinner was clearly 19 euros but this was increased to 29 euros upon checkout as it seemed it was the full board choice and she had to pay for breakfast as well which wasn't taken. Again we protested but were given no reduction. Parking outside the hotel has to be paid for whereas 50 yards away there is free parking. The hotel despite being on the beach is on the main road from the spanish border so is very busy. Overall we felt that the people running this logis and we have stayed in many didn't put themselves out and were just more interested in making money. The other mixed reviews on this hotel clearly reflected this. Wouldn't stay here again.

Review 65：I liked the friendly atmosphere of the hotel, it feels like home. The brakefast was good and the staff was very kind. It is a safe place to leave the car and it has excellent connection with the public transport.

Review 66：This was an out of season stay and the hotel was quiet. We visited the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes across the border in Spain also various vineyards in Banyuls & Collioure. This would suit a family in search of a pleasant beach holiday with young children. Excellent varied menus. Secure car parking.

Loose exteriorfittings which banged all night in the wind, which is known to blow allwinter. Also shower in the bathroom became scalding hot when a tap wasused in another room!! Like being in a prison cell I would imagine! ps.The balcony is 4 inches deep!
