Review 1：Not sure if there was parking but that wasn't a problem as lots of free parking nearby. Have to drive in pedestrian area to offload luggage.

Review 16：Deceptive advertisement. The room category that was booked was not the room category we were given by the hotel. The reception desk was no attended 90% of the time including at our arrival. No sign to let customer know whom to call and what to do. When present, the reception staff was quite arrogant. After complaining that the room we had been assigned did not correspond to the booked category, we were moved to another room that was larger but still did not conform to the booking/reservation.

Review 19：Perfect location for a family ski trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a 2-storey family room, very comfortable and cosy. A nice common lounge area was available for reading and computer use, and the staff from the bar served us our aperitifs there. The external ski locker allowed us to keep our gear secure in a heated area, and to change in a comfortable place before going on to ski. The restaurant provided good, traditional fare with excellent service. The staff catered to our needs, humoured our children, and were generally the perfect hosts. The at the desk allowed us to store our luggage until the end of our ski day, and then made it no issue when we wanted to use the washrooms and repack a bit before departure even though we had checked out that morning. Breakfast was excellent and included self-service freshly squeezed juices (the children loved it), real home made scrambled eggs, and fresh mini croissants.
