Review 1：It would have been nice to have had some milk in the room to go with the coffee and tea.

Review 13：A surprise town with a market second to none on the day we stayed. Good restaurants and excellent recommendations from hotel staff. Superb parking facilities.

Review 14：We were touring by bike and we were offered secure under cover parking. Restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening but a local restaurant was an easy walk away.

Review 16：2nd visit - as good as first. Secure free parking, spacious room and excellent breakfast. Helpful owner with good advice about local restaurants. Would consider a longer stay.

Review 17：We paid extra for a confort room, which turned out to be in an adjacent building. This block of rooms has a main public car park accessed directly underneath at ground level, so with windows open you get a lot of traffic and/or pedestrian noise, and some fumes. The separate bathroom and WC both have light sensors so that if you visit either of them during the night, the lights come on automatically. How mad is that! (Compounded by sometimes operating if you happen to turn over in bed, to which the Receptionist's answer was "well you must keep the doors closed".) The room was quite dark because of large fixed external louvres, presumably designed to give visual privacy from the public car park to the rear. Some of the other rooms at the rear of the main hotel building were in a ground and first floor older purpose built block, which didn't look very appealing. We didn't take breakfast there but from what we saw was rather average at a fullish price. Didn't think our stay represented good value for money.

Review 20：We had two rooms in the annexe with interconnecting door - perfect for a family. The rooms were spacious and in tip top condition. The position of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of town, but with private parking behind. The staff we dealt with were friendly.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice in a pleasant ambience. Very good stopover point on way south, particularly if you wished to go cross country between Tours and Angers down to Niort and onwards.

Review 77：We chose the hotel as a convenient place to stay for a night aftertravelling from Cherbourg ferry. It was easily reached in about 3 hours.Very relaxing and several convenient restaurants nearby, including an excellent creperie. Did not have breakfast but boulangeries close to hotel. Excellent free parking and hotel has a lift. In main street but not a problem as interesting town. English spoken.
