Review 1：we arrived about 2 pm but the office was closed btw 12- 3 pm, which is ok but we were unaware of that

Review 6：There was no lunch or dinner available at the hotel. The nearest underpass passage to the beach got flooded during 2 days rainy weather. The alternative way to the beach and restaurants takes 20-30min by foot.

Review 7：The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a quiet room as requested. There were nice complimentary toiletries. Lots of local information was provided, ie places to eat, places to see, events/festivals. The swimming pool was a good size. The beach and the shops were within 5-7 min walk.

Review 8：The hotel was charming and the staff very helpful. The location was perfect for visiting other parts of Cote d'Azur. The hotel was easy walking distance to markets and restaurants as well as the beach.

Review 9：rather small rooms, bathroom had minute shower area despite having the space to double the shower cubicle. the glass window in the stair well at the front was a furnace in late afternoon - probably excellent in winter but not in summer it needed a blind of some description.

Review 10：the swim in the pool after a hot journey from Italy . separate toilet in the room, aircon and ok wifi and parking on site. as a stop over it was fine, rather soulless place despite having ok décor and parts recently refurbished. Side room nice and quiet.

Review 11：Bed wasn't super comfy. Hard mattress and room has very poor amenities so bring your own soap, shampoo etc..

Breakfast was superb with a selection of pastries, fruits, breads, meats etc. Great location, close to the beach and bus stop if you want to head to Cannes & Nice.

Review 14：The person in charge was patient, kind and helpful with us. The room and the rest of the hotel was so clean. The breakfast: excellent! I loved the pain aux chocolat and the breads! My husband enjoyed the jambe cru! We would love to come back.

Review 37：Whilst there was a problem with our booking when we arrived, the staffwere very friendly and rectified the situation quickly. The hotel is ina good location if visiting by car ( with onsite parking) and is a fewhundred metres walk to the beautiful beach.There was also a pool whichlooked nice. This is a good hotel if you just need a clean place tosleep. It's basic and budget but clean and in a good location. Iwould highly recommend upgrading to a superior double room with aterrace, it's far better than a basic double.

The new room was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the hotel certainly had a nice atmosphere. Lovely pool.

Review 55：The room is very basic and the shower cubicle is so small. If you are alight sleeper, make sure you don't get a room by the busy road.Information is not always accurate, I was given a train timetable from2009 and got stranded. They can mix up accounts so make sure you keepreceipts etc.

Review 56：The hotel has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere although the roomsand the facilities are very basic, it is nevertheless extremely cleanand fresh at all times. The breakfast is lovely and it has a nice smallswimming pool. It is also very convenient for Cannes festival goers oraccess to the beach. This hotel is perfect as a base to go places andcome back to a clean place, not to spend long days there.

Review 59：In a nutshell........... the Hotel is very well kept and is extremely clean and just nice to be in. I believe they are opening a restaurant in the future so that will be a plus as well. I would recommend this to anyone travelling through as we were. We came from the North Pole to the south of France ............. to find some warmth but it was almost as cold as some of the Northern towns we had been in. The room and hotel itself were a warm comfort. Good Hotel!
