Review 1：condition of the room was very poor, needs renovating urgently. Also furniture insufficient, needs second bedsite table and lamp plus chair. Many steps to go to the village

Review 3：Bed could do with being replaced and the walkway down desperately needs some lights. The breakfast is very poor.

Review 5：The beds were not very comfortable (two single beds pushed together to make it a double). There was no wi-fi signal (even though they gave us a code). The worst, however, was the fact that you could hear everything that went on in the hallway, and all night long there were people talking loudly and banging doors (not a very considerate bunch).
Review 6：The young man at the front desk handled the check in very efficiently (there was a large group ahead of us). The hotel was nice and warm. The breakfast was not bad, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had a very pretty view out the window.
Review 7：The hotel is a bit run down, but it is friendly and clean enough. The wifi does not work in the rooms but is fine in the spacious bar area.
Review 8：The location is ideal, a shortish walk to the centre of Sierra Nevada with all the skiing facilities, bars and restaurants (via a winding road, or a series of steps). The cost was good - we got an economy room for €60 for two, bed and breakfast. Basic accommodation but ideal for a short cheap break,
Review 9：Poor bed and pillow. Theres also a very weird noise throughout the night. Been "fighting" with the shower curtain while having shower.
Review 10：Got there at 10pm, have shower, went to bed, woke up, shower, breakfast, check out at 10pm..perfect for these only, not for a long stay i.e. perfect for a very short overnight..nothing more.

Review 27：the beds were so uncomftable, the rooms should ave tea and coffee in, breakfast was not good at all, being engish was not at all good on offer, also my son can not have wheat and gluten he could not eat anything, also no cups of tea.

Review 29：Hotel sign was buried in snow and there was no visible identification on the hotel. There were no restaurant, snack or bar facilities at the hotel and it was a very long walk or drive to find somewhere to eat. The garage was exeedingly inconvenient and when leaving the hotel we were trapped between two sets of doors and had to open a door manually. The beds were also very uncomfortable.
Review 30：We arrived at 2pm and the receptionist said we could still not check into our room as the previous quests had stayed a little later and it was still not ready. We had it paid since 12 midday so it was not our fault that management had allowed the previous quests to stay a little longer. Whilst we waited we did not get an apology or even a coffee.!!! I was horrified at this and immediatley swore i would not return.
