Review 1：Staff helpful for late/delayed arrival. Balcony in the room overlooking the swimming pool was great - and not expected. Swimming pool in excellent condition.Free parking.

Review 2：So the couple who run the joint are just not up for English. Although running through the streets trying to make the check-in time (22:00 per Booking.com, 21:40 per the husband on the phone) he managed: "I do not speak English. I cannot help you. Perhaps if you can explain in French" - which I would have thought enough of a grasp to direct me, laden in luggage, towards their establishment before the doors shut and I have a different kind of night. Anyway, I moan. Ah but when I discovered the hotel in Narnia and I explained I was from South Africa did the mood change - practically high-fived me. It's the old story.

Review 3：It was clean. For sure. In fact, it was damn clean. I'm in yachting, and I noticed the bedroom window was exemplary.

Review 10：Very well situated for visiting our daughter and her family, who were in an apartment nearby. In easy walking reach of beach, restaurants & marina of Golfe Juan. Well situated for bus routes to Nice town & airport, & Cannes.

Review 11：No cushions on the sun loungers on our terrace. Could do with more than one pillow each on the bed. Vicious dog in the property opposite hotel kept jumping at the fence & barking when we walked past.

Stayed in a room with a terrace overlooking the pool and with a sea view, which had table & chairs and 2 sun loungers. Unfortunately no cushions on our sun loungers. Room & hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Lady at reception with red, curly hair was lovely. O

Review 34：My only criticism would be the position of the hotel in relation to the town of Golf Juan. The hotel is (as are all the other hotels in Golf Juan) situated in a bit of a no-man's land, between Juan les Pins and Golf Juan - this meant that it lacked a certain amount of atmosphere. I would have preferred to have been in one or other of the towns. But overall it was a good hotel.

Review 35：The hotel was very serviceable and well presented, it was very clean and tidy and we had a well positioned room with a balcony. The two women who assisted the owners were friendly and charming. There was a good sized swimming pool and an excellent underground car park, where I was able to store my bicycle. The beach was only 5/10 mins walk and we found a great beach bar/restaurant at the far right corner backing on to the open air theatre - superb staff and service and not expensive.

Review 36：the water in pool was rather cold after 22:00 there's no one at the reception desk the hotel staff made a mistake and cancelled our booking several weeks before check in instead of modifying it. We didn't get the room that we wanted. It took 3 hours of discussion to get the suitable room after all.

Review 38：Pictures of the inside of the hotel on the web site does not give a real sense of reality. Yes it is a budget hotel but it is in need of some serious TLC. The decor is very tired and the mattress where not confortable. As for the staff , their attitude modulates from condescending to aloof depending on where you are from and if you speak french or not. Overall we were surprised with the high rating of this hotel when we initially booked it versus our own personal experience which overall is not in line with the rating of over 8. Reality is far from that.

Review 39：The Hotel looks ok from the outside as advestise via the website pictures. For those who like pools there is one but what is the point when you have the sea near by. The terrace is quiet.
