Review 1：The main hotel staff member(possibly the owner) was unpleasant. He definitely had control issues. Nobody was allowed to sit where they wanted for breakfast, which was confusing fire all hotel guests. He only spoke French or at least that was all he was willing to speak. Our group spoke English and German.

Review 3：owner very grumpy after whitsun and weren't made aware that no food on day of arrival. Soup on 2nd day like dishwater, so perhaps no loss.

Review 10：I'm used to being able to have a hot drink in the room but there was no facility. The bathroom was a bit dated, clean but I'd prefer newer units. The bath plug couldn't be removed easily. It drained the bath into the sink using the bin then used a knife to lift the plug out as the handle that should raise it didn't work.
Review 11：Good location for ski area. The room was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. They even had tea!
Review 12：I booked lake view room, but my room was parking view with very little window, I asked to change the room but they did not do so and said it was booking.com`s fault!! Unbelievable.

Review 15：Great hotel right on the lake. Beautiful view to wake up to! Had coffee on our private balcony every morning. Confortable beds, nice big bathroom. Restaurant was nice, sat outside for breakfast and dinner every day. Staff was helpful and friendly. Menu in English which is a plus.
